Chapter 6 Michael Coe snuck into G. H. dressed as an orderly he really didn't cause much attention. He slipped quietly into Lucy's room. She was he thought just like her mother and for that she must pay. He plunged a sleeping serum into Lucy's body as Lucy stirred slightly. "Doc" she murmured softly before drifting off to sleep. He grabbed a cart and put Lucy's unconscious form into it. He slipped quietly out the back entrance. The next day Kevin Collins walked cheerfully around the corner to Lucy's room. A few minutes later he knealt down to pick the knife and Lucy kicked him, Hard. He lay sprawled on the ground. Lucy broke into a sprint and ran out the door. "What an idiot." she muttered when she saw the car with the key still in the ignition. She started the car up and headed for civilization. Michael ran outside in time to see her leave. Lucy got about half way into town when she realised something she was almost out of gas and had no money. Victor sat by kevin's bed worriedly not only was his Lucy, the woman who had become a daughter to him missing but His son had been erily silent. Kevin's cell phone rang. " Victor answered it. " Hello." "Hi victor it's me lucy." " lucy!" Victor exclaimed. Lucy told victor her pedicament and Victor said "i'll be there in a few hours." He kissed his son's cheek and had to avoi being hurt when kevin cringed. He called mac who had postponed there honeymoon after Lucy's suicide attempt and kidnapping and Mac and Victor left for New Jeresey. Lucy lay starring up at the roof of her car when she caught a glimpse of two people the good father figure in her life and the bad one. michael was coming from one direction and Victora and Mac from another. She called ''right here. how is she?'' Dr.Davis sighed this was the worst part of her job. ''I'm afraid she didn't make it. They tried to perform surgery on her but it was to late she took a breath and died she's at peace now.'' Victor just stared as the waves of pain broke through Lucy the girl who had always seemed so invincible, angelic, and sweet.
