How to find a Bra Size

The measurements should be taken while you are relaxed and wearing a bra. Do not pull the measuring tape too tight. Take the following measurements:

1. Across the bust: to determine the cup size, measure across the fullest part of the bust.
2. Ribcage: measure the ribcage directly under the bust.

Check both measurements on the following chart to determine the correct size:

Under Bust Measure 27" 29" 31" 33" 35" 37" 39" 41" 43" 45"
Measure Over Nipples
A Cup 32" 34" 36" 38" 40" 42" 44" 46" 48" 50"
B Cup 33" 35" 37" 39" 41" 43" 45" 47" 49" 51"
C Cup 34" 36" 38" 40" 42" 44" 46" 48" 50" 52"
D Cup 35" 37" 39" 41" 43" 45" 47" 49" 51" 53"

How to fit a bra

Slip the straps of your bra over your shoulders. Lean forward and let your breasts fall naturally into the cups. The nipples should be in the fullest part of the cups.

Pull the bra down at the back until it is anchored under the shoulder blades. Fasten the bra in the back or in the front depending on the style (i.e. front closure).

Adjust shoulder straps allowing one finger to run smoothly under the straps.

The front and back of the bra should be straight or slightly lower in the back. If the back has a tendency to rise up, the contour is probably too large, therefore, the back hook closure could be tightened or a smaller size should be worn.

The bra should not cut into flesh at the underarm area, around the cups or cause bulges in the back.

The center seam should be close to the breastbone, without any gaps.
