Include the description you want buyers and realtors to see. Let me know how you want the house to be shown. If you want to be there to show it, I will include your phone number in the realtors only section of the MLS. If you can't be available, you can buy a key lockbox at any local hardware store, let me know the code, and I will only give it out to licensed realtors.

That's it. I will put your listing on the MLS for hundreds of realtors to see. It will show up on realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, several other websites, and permission for other real estate companies to advertise it on their websites.

Two other advantages. If I'm the selling broker, I will waive the listing fee, and with the lower commissions, you have the option of asking a lower price to sell faster.
