The much-anticipated launch of the Backstreet Boys 'Into The Millennium Tour' set to begin on September 14th and 15th in Fort Lauderdale at the National Car Rental Arena was postponed due to Hurricane Floyd. Nick, Howie, Brian, AJ, and Kevin were concerned for the safety of their fans and decided to postpone the shows. The Fort Lauderdale shows have been rescheduled for December 5th and 6th (tickets for the 9/14-9/15 shows will be honored for those dates). The group's sold-out 11-week, 39-city tour in support of their #1 chart-topping, record setting Millennium CD, ultimately kicked-off with an amazing show on September 17th in Charlotte, NC at the Charlotte Coliseum. Fans were treated to an incredible set that featured the Boys trademark vocals and choreography as well as mesmerizing lights, effects and stage sets.
