TELL HIM
I sat on the beach and watched the waves come in.
They seemed so angry at times.
Crashing upon the helpless shore.
Washing away the existance of the land.
I watched for a while and my mind started to wander.
I saw the past where I had made so many mistakes.
Gazed upon my accomplishments as well.
Then I looked to a future that I wasn't sure of.
Tears formed when I looked to the unknown.
Life had held so many wonderful suprises and many that hurt as well.
Many times I thought I would be buried under lifes cruelty.
I smiled as I remembered how tough I had to be to survive it all.
So I realized my life was like those angry waves.
Trying to go forward but always going back.
Many times I felt like the world took my soul.
So I lay my head upon the sand and cried what seemed to be forever.
I looked up and noticed the waves had calmed.
Just as I had realized the burdens on my heart had calmed.
I realized that I loved him. Now and forever.
