Brett Chaiyawat's Light Side Deck

1997 World Finalist's Deck

The strategy of this deck was to get clouds out as soon as possible with y-wings there for a quick drain of 3 a turn. Also get SoS out as fast as possible and encampment. Then comes the Gas Miner and Kebyc. Also completing Jedi Test 1 with Yoda can be very useful. Block drains with landing claws and undercovers. The six drain they are losing from there Reserve Deck each turn can be very painful and should be enough to win you the game. Of course, this deck's obvious weakness is against Imperial Decree which is almost a must for Dark Side. Keep in mind that Undercover and attached starships do Not block the control of a location. Therefore the best way to improve this deck would be including less undercover spys and more Obi's and Princess Leia's to stop them controling the locations for Imp Decree. You can easily cancel their attempts at controling Hoth and Yavin systems by just detaching before you drain and reattaching during their next control phase.
