Morgan had her friends over and later they were all going to Brian's to
see
the guys. Morgan had let her hair go back to it's natural black (and I
mean
BLACK!) color, and wasn't wearing the color contacts that she used to.
Morgan was about 5'8" now, two inches taller than last time she saw the
guys. She was wearing a red dress that sank to her ankles in spots and
up to
her knees in others. Her hair was cropped around her neck, almost
shoulder
length. Her friends, the NEW-AND-IMPROVED members of "Sugar N Spyce",
were
coming too. Shai-Lynne was the oldest in the group at 21. She had
waist
long blond hair that was back in two french braids. Her blue eyes
stood out
against the black tank top that she was wearing with her Nike blue
tear-aways. Standing at 5'2", it was hard to believe she was older
than 16.
There was a group of cousins in Sugar N Spyce. Kimberleigh was the
third oldest in the group at 18. She was A.C.'s cousin who we'll get
to
later. Kim was a brunette. 5'10" and a real jock. She had a bad rap
type
image and intended to keep it. In her baggy jeans, black clothes and
make-up, and backwards baseball cap, she looked like she could tear you
apart. But Kim had chocolate brown eyes and you could see that the bad
image was just a show. Toria was the second youngest and A.C.'s other
cousin. She was 17 too, but the few months difference was a big deal
to
Kim. Toria was a ballerina and at seventeen, she had already been with
the
New York Academy for six years. Teaching. She had long brown hair
also and
the chocolate-y brown eyes. She was wearing part of her ballet uniform
because that's what she felt most comfortable in. A.C. was the
youngest
member at only 14. A.C. had cropped blond hair above her chin. From
her
name, most people thought she was a serious jock. The truth was, she
had no
clue about any of it except for tennis and volley-ball. She had gone
to an
all-girls school (her mother insisted) since the third grade. Being
away
from her mother, she had borrowed some of Shai's clothes and was
wearing a
backwards baseball cap, jeans and a baggy shirt that she normally used
as a
beach cover-up. Her eyes were an icy green, (try to picture the color
of
Brian's eyes, go a few shades lighter, and turn them green) and she
loved
the fact that they were so different.
As they got ready, Morgan put
on
Sheryl Crow. They did their make-up, well, not A.C., and sang along to
"All
I Wanna Do". The guys were already at Brian's house, waiting for the
girls.
Brian walked into the kitchen to get the chips and
saw a
girl (A.C.) dancing to the music. Morgan came out and they danced
together.
Three more girls came out and danced. Brian called the guys into the
kitchen. "What the hell?? Oh, I like her!" AJ exclaimed, pointing at
Morgan.
The guys all laughed.
"What?" he asked.
"J, that's
Morgan. Re-mem-ber?" Brian said, while the guys laughed at his
impersonation.
"Morgan?" AJ said, stunned.
