April 5th 2002 - "Heathen" Info: - More details regarding the release of 'Heathen' are announced today, including eleven song titles and details of guest appearances by Pete Townshend and Dave Grohl. Due on ISO Records on June 10th (11th in the US), 'Heathen' features a song that has been remixed by Moby, and another remixed by the subject of the latest X-CHANGE with David, (posted yesterday) AIR. Also in the press release is - Following the release of "Heathen," Bowie is expected to perform on a series of European and American festival dates this summer. He will also act as curator of the prestigious Meltdown Festival in London during June. March 11th 2002 - Rumours abound as to where Bowie is playing this year, apparently a few in Europe think he will be at their festivals! The Isle of Wight rumour (below) has been quashed and the only ones that have been confirmed by the man himself is a gig at Roseland (don't know when or if it is just for BNetters) and the Meltdown in the UK. As for Meltdown, it's supposed to be at the Royal Festival Hall (see below) but nothing is on the site yet, to book. February 25th 2002 - WOW! I missed it big time, Bowie at the Concert for Tibet, performed a new song I Would Be Your Slave and a special arrangement of Space Oddity.
