 WELCOME TO MYAKKA SPIRIT TRIBE!Spirit = Essence, energy, soul, verve! Tribe = People, a nation, a clan... Family! We are a new grassroots homeschool support group. Our homebase town is Myakka City, but we welcome members from surrounding areas including Hardee and DeSoto Counties as well as Manatee. Or really, anyone who wants to join us.
 Our group is not owned by anyone. No annual dues, or any type of financial contributions are asked for. We are simply here to support each regardless of race, political or religious affiliations We will post our field trips and meetings here on this site. Membership is not a requirement to join us on any of the posted events. Everyone is welcome! No STRINGS ATTATCHED If you would like to suggest an event please contact us and we will post it here for others. Be sure to include your name and contact information (such as email address and or phone number) so those who wish to participate can let you know. Being a new group, growing pains are to be expected. Any input is not only welcome but encouraged.
