98 LS1 Recall Information
The following information is the Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) pages courtesy of Andrew B's website.
Basically, the problem is this: Some 98 LS1's (Camaro, Firebird, and Corvette) built during the February - March timeframe have cylinder heads which
were machined incorrectly. Below are the scanned in pages of the TSB from Andrew's site which gives all the details. Luckily mine did not fall in the range although it was
very close. I hope yours doesn't either. Good luck.
