"Tibious Cartelle, may I help you?" he asked, answering the phone.
"As a matter of fact, yes," Elizebeth replied cooly.
"Elizebeth...how did you get my number?" the other one growled.
"I know people," she said tauntingly.
"I could get into real trouble for talking to you. What if Briana had been here?" he hissed.
"I want to know why you and your partner are so intent on attacking my bases," she said, ignoring his question.
"What makes you think we're doing it?"
"Tibious, I'm not dumb. Besides, we identified one of your ships.
"Oh really?" he responded coldly. "How do you know it's ours?"
"It was Vostok 5000, the ship your partner stole," she answered.
"I see you've done your homework."
"Yeah," she replied smugly. Where'd you pick her up anyway? She's a creep."
"Look here, sweetie," he said angrily, "She's my fiancee, and you don't know her. At least she loves me-it's more than you ever did."
"Don't bring that into this," she begged. "You knew it couldn't work."
"But it will with Briana and me," he seethed. "I don't need you or your religion to live my life to the fullest. And as far as your bases go, I'm not telling you anything about our motives for attacking them. Just know that I'll do ANYTHING for Briana. If she wants it, I'll be the one to get it for her...and you, my dear, are not going to stop me."
