In the early part of '98, Hole 9 formed as a Christian punk garage band doing cover songs by other punk bands like MxPx and Ghoti Hook. Matt, Dave, and two former band members played a couple shows and then broke up. After a few months of praying and looking for a new guitarist and bassist, they found what they were looking for. Justin, a long time friend of Matt, and his friend Joel, met up with Dave and Matt to see what they could do...
Now...
Now they're back, with a few songs of their own and more in the works. They're concentrating on getting enough material for a full concert and they've started talking to youth pastors in the area for shows.
Future...
Hole 9 is just following God's will and waiting to see where it goes. Please pray for Hole 9 as they expand their ministry{=O)
