Nous sommes un groupe de citoyens du Royaume de Belgique qui trouvons cette arrestation monstrueuse, pour reprendre le terme de l'ancien ministre britannique Alan Clark. Cette page a pour objet de tenir informés ceux et celles qui, dans le monde, estiment comme nous que le général Pinochet ne mérite pas un tel traitement.
