our best hope is educating ourselves, and in turn, each other,
to help our health, care practitioners better help us.

While some of the books are on menopause, I thought they might have
helpful *general* information. If you've had your ovaries removed,
you are not *in menopause*, ovarian removal brings more severe hormone
loss symptoms and health related changes.

these are a few things I have tried that have helped.
