Since nhrt/hrt are controversial at best amongst our medical society,

Relaxation and keeping the stress down is VERY important with fibromyalgia,
these are a few things I have tried that have helped.

Flax neck pillows are very good for relieving neck/shoulder muscle
tension, and soothing! A hot, forceful shower is essential to me EVERY
morning or I'd never make it! Relaxing music is another great way to unwind, this CD is lovely.
