What different kinds of hrt/nrht have you tried?
**Elleste Solo 2mg, Livial Tibolone 2.5mg
What problems have you had with hrt/nhrt?
**Tiredness, immense mood swings, gained weight,
angry/aggressive at times, joint pains,
pins and needles in arms and legs, lots of headache, my immune system has gone down

**I've taken Elleste Solo 2 mg straight after the
operation for about 22 months
but because of the above symptoms I started Livial Tibolone 2,5 mg 6 weeks ago.

**Estratest HS for 7 years and for the last 3 months Nugest Yam Serum
What problems have you had with hrt/nhrt?
**Mood Swings, Anger/Rage, Depression, Anxiety,
Low Energy, 70 lbs of Weight Gain,
Muscle & Joint Pain, Lowered Immune System (can't be around anything contagious),
Little to No Sex Drive, Skin Rashes, Sensitivity to Sun Light, Dry Skin, and a never
ending uncountable number of doctors visits with no resolve.
Has there been any hrt/nhrt you've tried that

**No, but I'm not going to give up. I'm starting
to learn more about Natural HRT's
