It is not really a "lifestyle" for us, at least not in the sense that our lives revolve around it. When we meet couples, we like to have a drink or dinner without any expectations of sex whatsoever. This takes away any pressure and enables everybody to be sure they are comfortable at their own pace. We enjoy full swap. Both same room and different room have been enjoyable in the past. We don't feel the need to choreograph everything in advance. We insist on condoms for all intercourse. We are also trying to bring together 3-6 couples that are compatable for some group fun.
