Pinching the seat is the key here.  Just like in an X-up, kick your legs back.  Then squeeze your knees together when you feel the seat.  The front end will drop VERY quickly if you do not pinch the seat.  Once you can pinch, start to loosen your grip with both hands.  Soon you will be able to throw your hands around.

Another way to do a no-hander is to throw the bars down into your lap and reach for the sky.  This is easier because you don't have to pinch.
