Can-Can

To do a can-can, you need to be able to do one-footers in your sleep... Start off by taking your foot off and setting it on the top tube. Then every time you jump, extend it farther and farther.

There are two types of stretched can-cans, straight down (like Taj Mihelich), or out to the side. To drop them straight down, quickly pull the handlebars up into your lap as soon as you leave the lip. To kick them to the side, turn your waist and look to the side you are pushing it out to.
