The Christian mass is extremely "protective" of what their children can see on TV and read. Examples being the big fuss about NYPD Blue, Teletubbies, and the millions of "Banned Books".
My question is if Christians feel that such graphic things will corrupt the youth, then they should take a look at the Bible, which is encouraged reading. They might ban the Bible.
The following scriptures are taken from the King James Version of the Bible, note some of the brutal actions that are to be taken about the subject matter too.
Adultery
Leviticus 20:10- And the man that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death

2 Samuel 16:21-22- And A-hith'-phel said unto Ab'-sa-lom, Go in unto thy father's concubines (have sex with his father's wives), which he hath left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that you art abhorred of thy father; then shall the hands of all that are with thee be strong. So they spread Ab'-sa-lom a tent upon the top of his house; and Ab'-sa'lom went in unto his father's concubines in the sight of Israel. (He had group sex with his dad's wives in public to disgrace his dad and make him more powerful.)

Prostitution
Leviticus 19:29- Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness
