This was officially are last day in Europe. The tour had gone exceptionally well. I had alot of fun hanging with the guys and being with Nick. I guess the tour had it's 'Up's and Down's', but they were mostly all good times. Nick had spoken to AJ, and they cleared everything up. I'm happy to address the fact that he hasn't been in a club in over four weeks. Which is a big step for him. Howie, Kevin and Brian are very proud of him and the way he handled the situation.

"So, what do you want to do tonight?"

"How about we just hang in the park. Sit by the water and watch the people?" I asked.

"That's a perfect idea. Sounds very relaxing to me. Let's go."

Nick grabbed a hat and took my hand. The two of us didn't even bother taking a taxi, or limo. We walked to the park.

* * *

"I'll be right back. I'm going to go over to that little coffee shop and get you and I some cappucino's. Don't go away."

"Where am I going to go?" I asked.

"I don't know. You might leave me, or something."

"Yeah, right Nick." I pulled him down and kissed him on the tip of the nose.

I crossed my legs and looked over at the water. It was beautiful. Their were even a few swans that were gliding across the water's edge. I felt someone tugging on my shirt sleeve and I looked over to see a small little girl.

"Exuse me?" She had a small accent.

"Yes? Can I help you?" I smiled and patted the seat next to me.

"Was that Nick Carter?" She asked quietly.

I smiled. "Why, yes. Yes it was."

I noticed the little girls mother coming over to me. She was about to take the little girl away. Almost as if she was afraid her child was bothering me.

"Come on, Annie."

"Momma, no." The little girl smiled at me and her big blue eyes shined bright.

"I'm sorry, miss."

"It's no problem. She's not bothering me."

"It's just, she's a big Nick fan and she saw him. I figured you two were together and I tried to keep her from coming over here, but she's so darn quick." I smiled down at the little girl.

"Your very pretty." She said in a tiny voice.

"Thank you, sweety. So are you." I pinched her cheek lightly.

Nick came back with two coffee's and the little girl immediatly smiled bigger. Nick smiled and then got down on his knees to be level with her.

"Your Nick." She said with enthusiasm.

"Yes, I am! Who are you?"

She giggled. "I'm Annie."

"Hi Annie!"

"Hi..." She said shyly.

"Nick, maybe you can sign something for her." I insisted.

"Sure, would you like that?" He asked.

"Oh, yes! I have a book of yours. Can you sign it?"

"Of course, I can."

She handed him the book and then he signed it. She watched in admiration as Nick wrote every word and then sloppily signed his name. He hugged the little girl tightly and the mother thanked us both. I didn't have much to do with anything. But, it was nice to be thanked. I hugged the little girl also and then she whispered into my ear....

"Your very nice...."

I smiled as I watched the mother take her daughters hand inhers and walk down the park's pathway.

"You made her night, Nick."

"Well, it's the little ones like that, that really get to me. You know? I love seeing them smile. It's the best gratification in the world." Nick placed his arm around me.

"She was adorable. And so polite. Almost afraid of talking to loud, you know?" I said while giggling.

"Yeah! So, you made a lasting impression on her. Huh?"

"No, not really. But, she said the sweetest thing. She said I was very pretty and very nice."

Nick kissed my cheek and nuzzled his nose into the crevess of my neck. I giggled.

"She was 100% correct."

I turned and kissed him softly on the lips and we watched the sun set across the water.
