Exactly 48 hours had passed. Nick and the guys had gone to do an interview and then I was told to meet them in the bus outfront. It has been a very stressful 48 hours, as well. My time has been spent avoiding AJ and Nick's has been the same also. To my knowledge, he still wasn't what he tried to do to me the night he got drunk. As Kevin said, 'It was for the best'. I just tried my best to avoid him if at all possible.
"Alright, I think I have every thing. Nick already helped me load my bags into the bus. Well, time to go." I said as I made my way down to the lobby and handed in my room key.
I saw the bus. However, I saw a shadow moving inside the bus. I was hoping it was Nick. Only....it wasn't.
I cautiously walked on the bus, but whoever was on the bus, walked back to the entertainment center. I sat down on the large couch in the dining area. Hoping that the rest of the guys would come soon.
AJ walked from the entertainment room in the back of the bus and saw a brown head of hair. But only the back view. He knew it was Tia, but he didn't know what he had done to her a few nights before. He snuck up on her and covered her eyes.
"Guess who?" I heard a raspy voice.
Immediatly I tensed. But, I would tense if anyone did this to me. Even if it were Nick. Only this was AJ. I shook my head, frightened.
"Come on, Tia! Duh! Girl, guess who!" I heard AJ say again.
He obviously didn't even know what he had done to me a few nights ago. He was his old, flirty, playfull self. The non-drunk AJ I know is the guy who is always wanting hugs, will always rub your back if you need it. The Drunk AJ I've only ran into once. And it's not a pretty site. I didn't know how to feel about him right now.
"AJ, stop!" I said firmly.
I placed my hands on top of his and removed them from my eyes. I turned around, face to face.
"Their's that brown eyed, girl!" He smiled.
I narrowed my stare and crossed my arms. His smile changed quickly. He was confused.
"You alright? I know what you need! You need a hug!" AJ was about to hug me, but I got up and moved away.
"No!" I said.
Just as I said this, Brian and Nick walked onto the bus. They were both laughing and joking around. But, everything stopped when they saw that AJ and I had confronted eachother since that night.
"What's going on?" Brian said as he noticed the picture.
I was hovering close to one side, trying to get away from AJ. Who only wanted to hug me. AJ looked confused, again.
"I was just going to hug her...she looked upset. But, I guess I won't." He shrugged his shoulders.
Nick protectively placed his hands on my shoulder and told my to get out of his way. He walked over to AJ and Brian stood by me. I didn't know what was about to go down and neither did Brian. But, I knew that AJ definatly knew nothing.
"AJ, I'm gonna tell you this now. I'm not even going to yell. Just one simple rule I'm going to lay down." Nick said forcefully.
"Rule? Nick, what are you talking about?" AJ asked.
"DON'T question me." Nick raised his voice and it frightened me. "Just one rule......Don't TOUCH Tia." Nick said.
"What do you mean? What did I do to make you yell at me?" He asked.
Just then Kevin and Howie walked onto the bus and were quietly standing behind me and Brian. Just watching what was going down.
"YOu wouldn't know, would you? Cuz, someone who goes to a dance club and them leaves, piss-ass-drunk, wouldn't know much, huh?" Nick asked.
"So, I left drunk. Nick, did I do something stupid like pee outside on the balcony or something?" AJ said sarcastically.
"Oh no! That I could forgive. What you did to Tia, is unforgivable."
I felt chills going through me. Nick held alot of hate in his voice right then. I turned to look at Kevin, not knowing what to do. He placed his hand on my shoulder and squeezed it.
"What I did to, Tia?" AJ questioned.
He looked over to me and I felt his gaze. It was a sad look. AJ hated having people upset with him. He hated not knowing things. But, he could tell by the way Nick was talking to him and the way I was avoiding him. He knew something was very wrong.
"Yeah. What you did to Tia. Of course, drunks don't remember much. So, I'm not expecting you to remember how you knocked on my hotel room door. Which Tia was in. Probably, the whole throwing yourself on Tia doesn't ring much of a bell does it?" Nick asked.
"Throw myself on, her?" AJ asked.
"Or how you ripped open her shirt?" Nick asked, his voice cold.
AJ's eyes looked fearful. He liked to party like the rest of them. Nick was not much of the partier. He liked to just go back to his room and watch tv, or just swim in the hotel pool. But, sometimes when AJ parties, he doesn't realize the extent of his partying.
"Tia- I didn't realis-" AJ didn't know what to say so he stopped. He was so humiliated.
