Chapter 9

Later that week.........


"I have had a ton of fun so far this week." Tabitha said to the guys as they all sat around the pool watching Nick play with Kelly in the pool

"Yeah, we've had a lot of fun too. And I know that Nick had fun getting to know you again." Brian said with a smile.

Just then Nick and Kelly got out of the pool and Nick carried her over to the group. "Tabby! Nicky is silly!!!" Kelly exclaimed when she reached her sister. The guys and Tabitha laughed.

"Well, Miss Kelly, I could have told you that!" Brian said, picking up the little girl.

"Bri-bri, you silly too!" Kelly said and gave him a hug. Everyone ohed and awed.

"Tabitha, what was your favorite part of this week?" AJ asked.

"Well, besides the video shoot, I think our excurtion to Disneyland was fun." she answered.

"Yeah that was fun!" Nick said, finally joining the conversation.

They had all gone to Disneyland, in the middle of the week, so that there wouldn't be as many people that would recognised them. Everyone went. Lynn, Tabitha, Kelly, Nick and the rest of the guys. That was the day that Lynn met the rest of the BSB.

They had a great time and went all over the place. Kelly definatly put her energy to good use! But Nick was able to keep up with her and they spent a lot of time together.

Back to the present-

"What are we doing tonight? Are we going out or staying in?" Kevin asked.

"Well, I think since this our second to the last night, we are going to stay in. We can go out tomorrow night." Howie said.

"OK, sounds good to me!" AJ said.

"OK. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm going upstairs. I'm getting too prune-like for my taste." Tabitha said.

"I'll come with you and help you with Kelly." Nick offered. Brian started to laugh. Nick gave him a dirty look. He shut up.

"OK. Come on Kelly! Let Nick carry you while I get all of our stuff. OK?"

"OTAY!" Kelly held her arms out to Nick, from her postion on Brian's lap. Nick picked her up and followed Tabitha, while she carried the beach bag with all the pool toys.

"So, do you all think that they will end up going out?" Brian said, after they were out of earshot.

"I'm not even going go there. Let them figure this out for themselves." Kevin said.

"I agree! I mean it's obvious that Nick likes her. I mean we all heard what he said the first time he saw her in a bathing suit." AJ said, laughing at the thought.

"Yeah." Brain said, laughing.

With Nick and Tabitha........

"Nicky, me no go home!" Kelly said as she clung to Nick neck.

"I don't want you t ogo either little one,but you will be coming down to where I live in a little while and I can see you then OK?"

"Prwomise?"

"YEAH! I promise!" Nick said and hugged the little girl.

Tabitha had sat back and watched the exchange. She smiled. When the elevator stopped, Nick put Kelly down and they watched as the little girl ran towards the room that she knew was theirs.

Tabitha looked up at Nick and watched him watch Kelly. Suddenly, surprising both herself and Nick, she leaned up and kissed him on the cheek.

"What was that for?"

"For being so nice to Kelly. And me. You really haven't changed that much. You are still the same sweet guy that I knew when I was 5"

"Thanks." They walked out of the elevator and to the room that Kelly was not so patently waiting in front of.
