"So, honey? You are going to meet the guy that you are working with today?" Tabitha’s mother, Lynn asked.
"Yeah. I think that Randi (her agent) said that he’s only a few years older then me. So if he isn’t stuck up we should get along really well." Tabitha informed her mother.
"That’s great. Do you know his name?"
"What is this? Twenty questions? I think his name is Rick or Mick or something like that?"
"Was it Nick?"
"It might have been. I wasn’t really paying attention. You know how Randi is when she gets started on something. She just goes on and on. I’ve learned to tune her out."
"Yeah I know how she gets. Or have you forgotten that I used to have to talk to her on the phone, when you weren’t old enough to keep track of your schedule? But Tabs, did you ever think that it might be your old friend Nick, you know, from pre-school?"
"Mom, he is in a group. If it was him, Randi would have told me that I working with the Backstreet Boys. I’m only working with one guy."
"Well, you never know."
"Yeah I know. Mom will you remind me to call Jess and Meg tonight when I get back? They made me promise that as soon as I meet this guy that I will call them and give them the 411." Tabitha asked her mother, refurring to her two best friends back in James Town.
"Yeah, no problem, hon."
"Thanks! Mom, can I take Kelly with me when I go to the studio?"
"Yeah I guess, as long as you keep an eye on her. Be careful, and drive carefully."
"I will, Mom. I’ll be back later. I’ll check for messages at the front desk ,too."
"OK, Tabs. Bye Kelly. Love you both."
"I love you to Mom." Tabitha grabbed her younger sister’s car seat and held the little girls hand while they walked out of the hotel room and to the elevator.

Meanwhile with the guys……..
"So Nicky? You going to meet the girl in your video today?" Brian asked. Nick was getting ready to head down to the studio.
"Yeah I am. I talked to her agent last night, Randi. She is going to meet both of us down at the studio and then we will get introductions. To tell you the truth Bri, from the way that Randi was talking last night I don’t think that this girl knows who she is working with."
"Well that ought to be interesting then. Do you know her name?"
"Only her first name. Tabitha."
Nick thought about that name. He had once known some one by that name. A girl that was two years younger then him. She had been a good friend. She played all the games that he wanted to play and didn’t cry when she fell down, unless to was really bad. But before he could go completely back to his days at Happy Creek Pre-school, Brian snapped him back into the present.
"What’s on your mind?"
"Well, when I was younger I knew a girl that was named Tabitha. She was few years younger then me but she was a really good friend. It’s weird, because even though it has been forever since I’ve seen her, I still remember her. I felt really bad when we moved to Florida and I had to leave her behind. She was like a little sister."
"That’s strange"
"Thank you for stating the obvious!" Nick said sarcastically. "Well, I better go or I’ll be late."
"OK, bye. And good luck!"
"Thanks, I just might need it.."

"Tabby?" Kelly asked.
"Hey Kel! You are getting better at the talking thing. Good job!" Tabitha said to her little sister as they were driving to the studio. Most of the video was going to be shot outside but they were going to do a few scenes inside.
"Tabby! Tabby! TABBY!" Kelly was excited now.
"Calm down, Kelly!"
"Sowry, Tabby." Kelly said, calming down a little.
"It’s OK." They pulled up to the studio just then. "Now, lets go see Randi and meet the nice guy and hope that he’s cute." Tabitha talked to her sister as she got out of the car, walked to the other side of the car and lifted her out of the car seat.
"OTAY!" Kelly yelled and Tabitha just laughed at her. They walked to the studio and up to the receptionists desk in the front.
"Hello, my name is Tabitha Porter and I’m here to meet with my agent, Randi Mc Kenzine."
" OK, Just go down the hall and it is the fourth door on your right, number 276. That is the conference room where your meeting has been arranged."
"Thank you, very much."
"Your welcome. You daughter is very cute, by the way."
"She isn’t my daughter, she’s my sister, but that ‘s OK. I get that a lot."
With that she turned around and the two were on their way to follow the receptionists directions. They soon found their way to room 276.
