Nick was back at Brian's house and it was now later in the afternoon. Nick looked kind of bored. He wanted very badly so stay at Tabitha's house, to hang with her, be with her. But Brian thought it would be best for Tabitha to have some time with Jess and Meg.

"Brian! That was a dumb idea!" Nick said as he flipped through the stations on the tv.

"What was?" Brian said as he laughed at the expression on Nick's face.

"Leaving Tabs! That was so dumb! Dumb! That is what you and your ideas are! God, not even a basketball game!" He yelled in frustration.

"My lord. Your gonna get an ulser if you don't calm down, Nick."

Brian laughed as he remembered the kiss that Nick had planted on Tabitha's cheek at the airport. Then the hands slipping in to each other's. The kiss on the forhead. All of the little things Nick had done to hint how he felt.

"So, Nick? What do you think Tabitha, Meg and Jess are going to do tonight?"

"Well, probably girl stuff. I don't know, Brian! Tab's mom went back to New York to finish off some work that she had left behind. So, they have a house all to their selves. Which means it's just them......just them. SHIT! Brian, let's play a little prank!" Nick pleaded.

Brian got a scared look on his face. When ever Nick wanted to do pranks, which was often. Brian would always be pulled into them, some how.

"Prank? What exactly did you have in mind, Nick? Nothing physically dangerous please. No more fish tasting gum." Brian said.

"Please, Brian! That was so 'early backstreet'. I'm 19, let's do something a little more mature."

Brian smiled and him and Nick started planning their prank on the three girls.

Tabitha walked into the living room and opened the bag of chips. Meg and Jess were blasting the Backstreet Boys cd and dancing around. Tabitha normally didn't go crazy when she heard their music, but she figured it would be fun to let herself go.

"Tabs, your so lucky! You know that, right?" Meg yelled over the music.

"Lucky? Why would you say that?"

"Gee, Nick Carter kisses your cheek? Holds your hand? And yet, your not dating him. But, we won't get into that. But, come on! Look at how lucky you are." Jess said.

"Come, on! Nick and the guys are so normal. I guess I'm lucky to have known Nick earlier. Before his career had begun. I guess I'm lucky to know the real Nick, for who he is, not what he is."

"Nick? I don't know if this is such a good idea? This might scare them." Brian said as he looked at the voice changer Nick held in his hand.

"A little scare never hurt anybody. It's just gonna be fun!"

"Ok, well! AJ is in on it, too! Amanda had to go to some family thing tonight. He wants to help us with our prank." Brian said.

"Perfect! Now, we need to send AJ to Tabitha's house before we do our prank. We need to know if Kelly is going to be their or not. If she is, I want her to be a sleep. I don't want to scare her." Nick said.

"Gee, that's awefully nice of you to think of Kelly. What about Tabs? Meg? Or Jess?" Brian said while laughing.

"What about them?" Nick said while laughing, too.

Jessica heard the doorbell ring and she got off the couch and answered it for Tabs. She was surprized beyond belief to see that it was AJ Mclean, from the Backstreet Boys.

"Hi, I'm A-"

"Your, AJ! I know who you are!" Jessica beamed as she pulled him into the house.

"Your Jess, right?" AJ said.

"Yeah, Tabitha showed me your pic a few days ago. Is Tabs here?" AJ said while looking around the large beach house.

"Yeah, come here! I'll take you to her." Jess said.

As AJ walked behind Jess he tried to remind himself that he had a girlfriend named Amanda. He found Jessica to be very attractive, not to mention cute! (well, i guess that counts for the same thing..hehe)

"AJ! Hey, what are you doing here? This is girls night!" Tabitha said.

AJ had to think up an exuse, and fast! He couldn't tell them that he was their to make sure Nick's prank would be good, and work.

"Uh, I...I am, I am the official welcoming comittee of the Backstreet Boys and I knew you had your friends here, so I had to come and say Hi!" He said as he lightly laughed.

"Aww....that is really nice." Meg said as she held out her hand. "I'm Meg."

"I know! And I'm AJ! It's nice to meet you. Hi Kelly!" AJ said as he thought. 'saved by the kid.'

"BONE! We having girls night." Kelly said as she ran over to him.

"Kelly, sweety! Your girls night ends in about....1 hour, sweety. Sorry." Tabitha said as she smiled sympathetically at Kelly.

"They no fun." Kelly said to AJ.

AJ smiled and then looked around the livingroom. Nick's prank looked like it would work really well. They were really just going to be lounging and hanging tonight. He saw movies lying on the table, snacks, nail polish, everything girls need.

"Since your here, AJ! Wanna help us pick a good flick to watch tonight?" Tabitha said.

"Yeah! I'd love to! Let's see what you've got. Romeo and Julie, nah! Ace Venture, just look at Brian! He'll recite everything for you. Scream......nah to predict-" AJ stopped as he thought about the voice changer Nick had. "SCREAM IS PERFECT!" AJ said a little over excitedly.

"Good choice! I love scarey movies." Jessica said totally agreeing with AJ. He smiled at her.

"Yeah, good choice!" Meg said as she picked Kelly up.

"Thanks, AJ! Your a smart man. Ok, now you better skidaddle on out of here! This is girls night, remember?" Tabitha said as she led AJ to the door.

"Bye Tabs, bye Jess, bye Meg." The door was quickly shut and AJ laughed as he walked out to his car.
