Nick ran out and began looking for Tabitha. Brian's street wasn't that large. None of the streets were. He searched the beach first. He thought maybe she would be out their, but she wasn't. He wasn't about to give up looking for her. He decided to check her own house.

"Maybe she went back to her house. That is probably were I would have gone!" Nick said to himself.

He walked a few blocks untill he reached Tabitha's house. He was about to knock on the door, but saw that it was already opened. Tabitha had gone into the house and didn't shut the door all the way. Nick walked through the house quietly, not wanting to scare her.

Lynn arrived back at Brian's house and saw that Tabitha wasn't their. She quickly grew a puzzled look on her face.

"Guys? Where is Tabs?" Lynn asked.

"Well, Kelly here told Nicky about Tabitha's little crush on him. Tabitha over heard, and ran out of the house." Howie said as he played with Kelly.

"Oh, dear! She must be so embarassed. Wait, were is Nick?"

"He ran after her!" Kevin said.

"He did!" Lynn said with a smile on her face. "God, for Tabitha's sake, I hope he feels the same way!"

"I don't think you have to worry about that! Nick looked pretty pleased with what Kelly told him." Brian said.

"Yeah, mommy. He was pwetty pweased." Kelly repeated.

"Oh, Kel, Kel, Kel! You are such a smooth talker, aren't you?" Lynn said to her baby girl.

"I sure am, mommy."

Tabitha was in her room, trying to clean up the blood that had stained the carpet. She had tears in her eyes, mostly from the pain that the bottom of her foot was given her. Maybe a little bit of it was from the embarassment of Nick knowing the truth.

"I should have never told anyone! Not even Meg and Jess. How did Kelly hear that? God, this is so aweful!" Tabitha said to herself.

Tabitha heard creeking noises coming from the stairs. She wasn't too familiar with Orlando, she thought it was a safe place. She didn't even bother to think it could be Nick. She grabbed a broom and limped in pain to the stairs.

"Who's there? Stay back, I have a broom." Tabitha said. She placed her bad foot down and screamed in pain. She fell on her butt. "OWW! God, please don't hurt me." Tabitha begged. Not even looking at the face of the figure that had come up her stairs.

"Tabs? It's me, Nick! I'm not going to hurt you, I promise." He said while kneeling down next to her and removing the broom from her hand.

"Oh, god! Nick! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to almost attack....ow...you!"

Nick laughed lightly. "It's ok. Your door was open, so I just walked in."

"I am so dumb! I should have shut......ow!" She said as she winced in pain.

Nick's face grew concerned and he gently lifted her leg so he could see the bottom of her foot. Tabitha cringed in pain and looked down at the floor.

"Tabs? I don't want to scare you, but that looks pretty bad." Nick said.

"It probably looks worse then it is. It's won't stop bleeding."

"Come on, were's your bathroom? I'm going to clean that out." Nick said.

"But-" She said.

"No, no buts! It's gonna get infected if I don't!" Nick said as he placed his hands under her legs and picked her up. Tabitha wrapped her arms around his neck and he led her into the bathroom and placed her down on the toilet seat. (Cover was down)
