Madison was sipping a hot cup of coffe in the dark lighted livingroom. She couldn't sleep. Everyone in the house was sleeping but not her. It wasn't because of sharing a room with BJ. She actually enjoyed that. She really liked BJ. Something about having Jane in the house made her miss her mother more.

Nick had heard the coffee perking and he decided to go downstairs and check it out. He walked down in his boxers and a white t-shirt. He saw a dim light coming from the livingroom and he saw the back of Madison's head.

"Madi? What are you doing up? It's so late." Nick said while turning on the lights.

"I know...I'm sorry that I woke you up! I just couldn't sleep. I'm really sorry." She apologized again.

Nick didn't know what she always kept apologizing. She didn't need to. But, she did anyway.

"Don't be sorry. I couldn't sleep either." He was lying. But he didn't want to go back to sleep knowing the Madison was having trouble sleeping.

"Oh....well, your family is really nice, Nick."

"Thanks! Yeah, their a good family." he said while laughing. "They keep me buisy and they keep my feet on the ground."

"Yeah, I can see that! Your mom's done a good job raising you! That's obvious. And Aaron, If he isn't just the cutest little think in the world!" She said.

"Yeah, lil Aaron. They all like you too! BJ was telling me earlier on how pretty you are and how you should model with her."

Madison blushed and became shy. "No...I don't think so."

"Why not?" Nick said with a hint of question in his voice.

"I'm not really the type!"

"Yeah and like pizza isn't my type of food, right?"

Madison laughed at Nick's lame joke that he just made to lighten up their conversation.

Nick and Madison were still in the livingroom, but she was obviously becoming more and more tired. She would be disguising her yawns with her hand. Her eye lids looked like they were gonna close any second.

"Madi, come on! How 'bout you try and go to sleep now?"

"Yeah...I guess your right. I'll get sick if I don't sleep."

"That-a-girl." he said while standing up and helping her up.

Nick walked behind Madison as she made her way up the large staircase. Her long tan legs were silky smooth and Nick honestly wanted to feel how silky they would feel like. She was very beautiful and very sexy and sensual. But for some reason, she didn't want to believe that she was.

Nick stopped at her room and made sure that she was alright. He hugged her softly and watched her walk into her bedroom.

"G'night!" He whispered.

"G'night." She answered.

BJ stirred on the sleeping bag on the floor. She blinked a few times to see if the person moving around the room was Madison or her sister Leslie.

"Madi? You ok?" BJ asked.

Madison smiled and pulled down the side of her bed. "Yeah, I'm fine!" She responded with a question.

"Ok! I don't think I told you this. But, I think you being here and all has really changed Nick."

"Oh? How so?" She asked.

"He's always saying how he needs someone to take care of. How he needs someone to like him for him and not for who he is. It's obvious that you have all those qualities."

"I guess...but, I don't think Nick needs to take care of me. I mean, he's been great to me and all. But, I'm not the person he wants to be in his life the way your meaning."

"Are you sure about that?" BJ asked.

"Pretty sure. I mean, this isn't a long-term thing. And he knows that. Nick's a great guy and all. I really do like him alot and yeah, he's very handsome. But, everything he's doing for me, it's going to be close to impossible to pay him back." Madison said sadly.

"I know Nick and he woudln't want you to pay him back."

"But, the way I was raised, it would be right to somehow pay him back." Madison smiled.

Nick's room was right next to Madison's. His walls were pretty thin and he could hear everything. He didn't want Madison to leave. He wanted her to stay. He really, really liked her and he felt obligated to help her.

"No! She can't just leave. I've gotta make her stay. I've got to!" He said.
