IF YOUR REALLY A PATRIOT - THEN GET OFF YOUR LAZY REAREND AND GET INVOLVED ! And I don't mean going to the store a buying that American to wave around. YOU SHOULD HAVE ALREADY HAD ONE !
I've know alot of HEROs, some never returned from war. But by the Grace of God, I've been lucky to know a few that did.
To their Honor and thru their pain; I'm posting a poem by Warren Crane
by Warren Crane
There is no light for my darkness - My music has no sound
Depression stalks my madness - Til I wind up in the ground!
The cannons sound like thunder - The rifles sound like rain
The cries of all the wounded - Add to the leaders pain!
Where are all the choppers now - When we all need them the most
Probably on a talk show,The General is the host.
No one cares about us - They just don’t give a damn
They think we should be content - Well, I guess you could say I am.
They spilled our blood upon the ground - To line their pockets more.
They gave back the ground we took and paid us like a whore.
They gave us cheap decorations - Put our names up on a Wall
But, somehow, thirty years later - It still don’t help at all!
We cannot cleave to our families - Our friends we hold away
We don’t want them to love us - ‘Cause we’re sure we cannot stay.
We can assume a “normal” life - But death is still inside.
Who cares if violence is all around - It’s been there since I died!
The stories of Drake and Haldeman - The songs that Kipling wrote
Give the lie to all the Glory - That the Politicians note!
There is no Glory in warfare - Just blood and guts and pain
Bravery and Courage have their day - Then fade away again.
A young man calls for “Mother” - Another’s eyes don’t see
Some of us still made it back - Is there anything left of “Me?”
The limbless, sightless relics - Are not the only casualties of war
The wounds of darkness in our hearts - Leave debilitating scars.
There doesn’t seem to be a cure - It’s not the “Manly Way!”
We cannot relieve the pain - cannot make it go away.
I know those who hide themselves - In their homes and in their heads
I also know a couple of “Us” - That joined with our dead.
They could not find the solace - Of family or of place.
So they took the other way, - A bullets’ final grace.
A soldiers lot is to continue - When the going is good or not.
It’s boredom spiced with terror, But that is the soldiers lot!
“They” said that we can’t drink too much - “They” don’t want us to get “high”
“They’d” like to keep us out of sight - Until it’s time again to die!
It’s hard to see the hero in a bum - who is sitting in the dust.
Holding out a cardboard sign - Saying “In Your God We trust!”
This is no wonderful picture, As you pass by in your car.
“The Wages of Sin” are exactly the same - As the wages we got for War.

"They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little
temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." -
Benjamin Franklin
There never has been a guarantee with FREEDOM and there never will be !
Clinton claimed he's a World Citizen and to prove it he unconstitutionally by EO 13107, sells out of America, American Sovereignity, and the Rights of the American People that no other nation in the World has !
"These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations."
"No agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on Congress, or on any other branch of government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution. . . .It would be manifestly contrary to the objectives of those who created the Constitution, as well as those who were responsible for the Bill of Rights, let alone alien to our entire constitutional history and tradition to construe Article VI as permitting the United States to exercise power under an international agreement without
observing constitutional prohibitions."
