Haven is the one member of the Harpex family who rarely is seen. She is rarely seen because of her on going duties as empress of the Seraph Empire. She is the mother of Cantosa, Caine, and Crystal Harpex.
Haven lead a full scale millitary assault on Apocalypse when he attempted a second strike against the Coven House. She ordered General Tor Matti to assemble the Imperial Seraph Armada to orbit around Earth, and act as a warning if there was any further bloodshed.
Haven than went down to Earth along with Gabriel in a small Imperial Diachi to help Cantosa fight Apocalypse who had gotten hold of an Onslaught class war frigate. Haven died fighting Apocalypse.
After Haven died Cantosa took over as emperor of the Seraph Empire for a brief period before Haven was cloned by Dlav Tempest.
Haven soon returned to Earth after Cantosa fell into a comatose state while fighting with Crystal. She is now taking care of Cantosa in an underground faculty in the Tempest Industrial Complex.
