TAMPA BAY CAMERA CLUB
MEETING TIMES
The TAMPA BAY CAMERA CLUB (TBCC) holds its meetings every 3rd and 4th Friday of each month at 8:00 p.m. at the Tampa Electric Operations Center located at 2405 E. Sligh Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
(One may travel on Hillsborough Avenue to 22nd Street (Erwin Voc Tech on corner). Turn north on 22nd Street for 1 mile to the 2nd traffic light which is E. Sligh Avenue, turn east. Tampa Electric Building is about 1/10th of a mile on the south side of the street.
Meetings held on the third Friday of each month are for competitions. Competitions consist of judging members' prints and slides in assigned and general categories. Points are awarded by a panel of judges based on the artistic and technical quality of the entries.
Meetings held on the fourth Friday of each month are program nights. Programs consist of outside speakers or club member who present demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and other photography related activities for the education and entertainment of the club.
