Her name is Chibiusa((Rini in the dub)). She is from the 31st century and comes form the city of Crystal Tokyo her mother is Neo Queen Serenity and her father is King Endymion. She is a lonely little child who doesn't have much friends to play with. Her parents have given her a Luna P toy to play with and a talking kitten named Diana. Her other friend is Sailor Pluto whom she vists now and then. she wants to grow up to be a beautiful graceful woman like her mother.

When disaster has struck she is sent to the past in modern day Tokyo. She lives with Usagi((Her future mother)). Usagi is not like her future self, and this bothers Chibiusa, they often quarrel. Chibusa also seems to have a crush on Mamarou. While protecting her the senshi learn the truth.

Chibusa was also convinced that she wasn't loved and turns evil, it took the power of her mother's love to bring her back.

She is also Sailor chibimoon, the Senshi in training. She befriends Hotaru and has her heart crystal taken by Mistress9.

Also while training she has a dream of a pegasus and it is love at first sight. Pegaus changed her into Super Sailor chibi Moon and with the power of the Cauldrion she can call him. She is the keep of the Golden mirror of dreams.

Moon Prism Power :Changes into chibimoon At first she changes in a blink of an eye: pink hearts swirl around and center on her. A flash and she's transformed. The second time there is a pink screen that has a rip in the shape of hearts, you see her eyes. The pink screen splits to see Chibiusa coverd in cosmic sparkles. Ribbons wrap around her forming her leotard. Then her boots,gloves and skirt forms. Finaly you see her face and her tiara and jewlery form.

Moon cosmic Dream Action/Moon Crisis Power Make-up:Changes into Super Sailorchibimoon: She changes with her mother. First ribbons wrap around them forming their leotard and collar. Then their skirts whirl by taking up the screen. They share an embrace before their tiara and jewlery form.

Attacks

Pink sugar Heart Attack(Same in the Subs) a bunch of pink hearts fly from her wand and hit the enemy. The attack is a bit comical

Crystal Moon Yell?/Twinkle Yell, She first prays asking Pegaus to protect everyone's dreams. She then twirls rining her Cauldrion. Pegasus appears, His horn glows and powers up Sailormoon's Kalediscope

Moon gorgeous Meditation.:This only happened in the movie. She and Sailormoon both use Kalediscopes to defeat the evil queen Viviane.

No I do not hate her. She may be sneaky and annoying at times but I do not hate her. Her attacks are funny and I admit she is kind of cute with those bunny ear hair buns. I resepect her for becoming friends with Hotaru. I guess she is next to Mars on my list Note:After seeing the Sub I'm not too happy with the name Minimoon, the dub gave her, but I love the new dub voice.
