Deep within his underground labratory Tomoe called Mimete.
"Hello?" A high bubbly voice asked.
"Mimete, good I'm sending you information on the next target." Tomoe said.
"Do you think he'll have a pure heart?" Mimete asked.
"She and yes."
"She! but.."
"I know you won't disapoint me again." He hung up.
"Bye Grandpa, Bye Chad!" Raye shouted while running out of the door. She was running behind and afraid that she will be late for school. When she hit the sidewalk she did a doubletake.
"What the?" she asked and looked at the statues. Sure enough two of them looked familiar.
"Brooklyn, Lexington? What are they doing here?" She asked. She was about to ponder a little longer when she remember she was running late. "Aaaagh!" She ran off again.
The warm sunlight peeped into the skiff and fell on Matt's face. He opened his blue eyes.
"They found a spot somewere," Orion said sleepily. Matt nodded while sitting up and stretching.
"Keyla you awake?" He asked.
"Uh-hmmmm." The girl said and stirred." I guess we can get some breakfast." She said. The two humans crawled out of the skiff and began to search for food.
"Better make it brunch," Matt said after seeing the clock. Keyla nodded before suggesting a place called Crown
"Hey what about me?" Orion asked.
"We'll bring you a kittybag," Keyla told him.
"No, I mean what will I do all day?"
"We'll this looks like Tokyo, so maybe you can find Luna and Artemis."
"Okay," The cat ran off
Are you sure he is gonna be allright?" Matt asked.
"Orion? Yeah he is just gonna be fine." Keyla said and felt her stomache growl.
"C'mon lets get some food." Matt said and they entered. After figuring out the menus they ordered some fried shrimp sticks with some sweet dipping sauce,rice balls,noodles,some kind of pastry,fruit salad and tea.
"I have got to ask Lita how to make this," Keyla said between mouthfulls.
"While we eat you should study," Matt told her. Keyla just groaned.
'A girl! I can't believe the professor wants me to steal a heart crystal from a girl.' Mimet thought while she stewed. The professor has sent her the information on the next target.
"Fine, I'll do it after lunch," She said and looked up at a picture of Eudial with darts sticking into it.
"You never cared about the gender, you just did it. poor Eudial, all work and no play." The blond deathbuster took another bite of her sandwich.' How to lure her out is going to be the problem.' Mimette thought 'Maybe if I fake attack somebody she will come out and help.' Her eyes sparkled and the thought.
'Gee, This is one big City,' Orion thought 'but if I could find Celest in Manhatten, then I can find the other cats here.' He walked past a temple with three statues. He looked up. Sure enough he found the gargoyles roosting grounds for the day.
"Well I know where you guys are." He said to the statues. He was about to continue along his path when he heard.
"Yes i'm sure I heard him talking," The voice belonged to a female. Orion turned around to see Luna and Artemis.
"I've been looking for you two." The brown cat said.
"Orion?" Why are you here?" Luna asked.
"Are Keyla and the others here too?" Artemis asked.
"Gee no nice to see you?" Orion mumbled.
"Sorry it is good to see you, but we are surprised that you are in Tokyo." Luna appologised.
"Well its a long story."
"Go ahead we have some time till school ends."
Orion explained to them how he, Matt,Keyla Lexington, and Brooklyn went to Avalon, the battle and the journey they have been on.
"Paris,Ireland and India?" Artemis's mouth was wide open.
"An amazing journey indeed," Luna agreed "But if what you say is true. Then perhaps Serena and the others are in danger?"
"Yup," Orion nodded his head." I'll call Keyla." He reached into his subspace and pulled out his communicator.
"Keyla this is Orion I found Luna and Artemis and where the gargoyles were resting."
