Big Trouble Under The Big Top

It began when I and Celest had to attend and emergency Lady meeting at castle Wyvern.
"Why don't you tell me why we are having an emrgency meeting?"I asked Celest as we rode the elevator. "You did have a conversation with Central and mrs. Xanatos."
"It would be beter if I told the whole group," My cat said.
"Whatever," I muttered.

The elevator opened and I headed off towards the "Fire Lounge" Or what Riley refers to the room where we have our meetings. When I entered I noticed my friends Riley, Sadie,and Merle where sitting on the couch. Also in the room where Goliath,Hudson,and Bronx. Angela entered carrying a tray with warm cups of cocoa and Broadway followed with a plate piled high with chocolate chip cookies.
"Thought you could all use a snack," the heavyset gargoyle said.
"Thankyou Boradway," I said the others also thanked him. I squeezed into the couch.
"Allright celest," I said staring at my cat.
"I have to wait for Owen," Celest said.
"Huh? Why Owen?" Merle asked.
"Because I have the items Celest needed," Owen walked in.
"Good now tell them what you told me."
"Miss Keyla,Orion,Lexington, Boradway and Detective Bluestone have gone to Avalon." The other humans and I didn't know what that ment but the gargoyles seem to know.
"Why?" Goliath asked.
"Are my rookery brothers and sisters in trouble?" Asked Angela. They all began to clammer at once. Owen held up a hand and all was quiet.
"Tom came with news of an invasion."
"What kind?" Riley asked.
"Alien but not to worry, teaching Alexander to scrye revealed that all is well and they are beggining their journey"
"Which means that leadership of the ladies will fall on the second,"Celest added.
"Who is that?" I asked. The second I asked everyone looked at me."Whoa me?"
"Some of us thought you where the original leader,"Angela told me.
"Yeah until Keyla returns your in charge." Riley said.
"You'll do fine Lassie." Hudson nodded.
"Allright," I agreed.
"Now lets eat." Broadway reached for a cocoa. We all began to snack when Owen set down his bundle. after unwrapping it we noticed objects that resembled transformation pens and communicators
"What are those?"Sadie asked.
"These are your new Transformation wands and communicators."Celest said.
"Kewl,"I picked up my new silver communicator. unlike our old ones that where big and clunky with galaxy spiral on top and a basic strap these where smaller with a star on the top and the strap appeard to be made out of interlocking hearts.
"Pretty nice," Riley said picking up her pink wand.
"Thank you Celest." Merle gathered her gear.
"How do we use them?"Sadie asked.
"The communicators work like the old ones," Celest explained. "With the new wands shout 'Star Power' instead of Galaxy Power."

Dara sat on the old abandoned cushion she used for a chair and tried to read. The dim light from the tiny candle made it difficult. she paused when she heard sounds from her door. She placed a scrap from and old rag to mark her place and grabbed the candle holder. She quietly walked over to the door.
"Did you hear? This is Nosferu's last chance." Someone said. "If he doesnt bring Queen Hectate a soul tear then."He broke off in a fit of semisnuffed laugher. Other voices joined in.
"Shhh the Queen is summoning him." a female voice said"

Nosferus bowed before the Witch Queen
"nosferus this is your last chance," Hectate began "If you don't bring me a soul tear your through."
"Yes my Queen I understand," He tried to ignor the snickering behin his back. He pulled out a beastie chip.
"Go and don't let me down." He tossed it in te air and it flew up the chimney nosferus followed.

I hated Mondays, epsecialy when its five degrees outside. Faster than usually I replaced shoes with skates. The icy chill bit into my feet in between changing. I grabbed my shopping bag and was about to roll home when I nearly bumped into Gina outside a Starbuck's.
"Sorry Gina," I apologiesd.
"That's ok," Gina said.
"Meeting Garret inside?"
"Yeah, You wanna join us?"
"That's ok, I have an idea for a piece and when inspiration strikes."
"Nothing stops you. Heard any news on Keyla?"
"No, She's still missing." We said our goodbyes and I rolled off. Talking about Keyla reminded me that I was the leader during her absense. I hoped I could do a good job.

After an hour of homework I began to work on my sculpture.
"Laurine your mother will have dinner ready in 20 minutes." Dad told me.
"Dad if I was elected leader of a club or something do you think I could be a good leader?" I asked.
"Laurine, I've seen you when your determined and commited on your art. If you use that same energy to be a commited leader then yes."
I thanked him and began to glue flat retangular planes together in a triangular prism, I then plasterd in wrapping paper and stuffed it with styarafoam.
After dinner I stuck painted sticks in the foam and glued giant, painted,glittery buttons on the centers. Next I picked up a triangular metalic wedge ,wich I glued squiggly pieces of foamr rubber to it, I then added a little more glue to the foam parts and sprinkled on some glitter. When it was dried I glued the wedge to the button. Soon four more wedges joined it.
"Oooh a giant flower display," Tracey entered the room.
"Its not just flowers," I told her. "There will also be some stars and a cresent moon, and when its finished I'll tie a ribbon around it."
"It still sounds pretty," She handed me the phone."Its for you."
"Thanks," I took it and placed it next to my ear. "Hello?"
"Hi Laurine," It was Merle.
"Hey Merle Whats up?"
"We'll I know its last minute but, Kyle purchased three tickets to the circus tonight..."
"Uh-huh."
"His friend just cancled,Riley is working and Sadie is studying for a test."
"All right, I'll get ready." We said our goodbyes and I cleaned up my gear. After a quick brushing of my hair I was ready.
"I'm going to the cirrcus." I told my family and grabbed my jacket.

The chip flew towards the cirrcus. Nosferus followed and watched as the chip land on a clown car.
"Yes my chip use this car to trap and remove the clown's Soul Tears." Nosferus said.

We were seated in the tenth row wich wasn't too bad. Not too close were I could get saw dust up my nose and not to far back where we would need binoculars to see the action.
"Oooh don't those look good?" Merle asked pointing at the lucious caramel apples coverd in nuts.
"They do look yummy." I agreed
"No problem," Kyle told us. He got the vender's attention and purchased three cramel apples for us.
"Thank you,." I said and began to eat. Soon the cirrcus began with a group of jugglers on unicycles. The next act was a horse riding troupe.
"Anybody need any soda?" Kyle asked when the first flyin trapeeze act began.
"I am," I told him,
"Me too," Merle said. While waiting for our sodas I began to think about the others,how I have to lead them,to Keyla and hoping, she's allright and to my sculpture and wondering how many day's untill its complete.

"Look Mommy the clowns" A kid cried out and pointed. Sure enough a tiny motley colored car came out and drove around the ring. Soon the clowns tumbled out and began to amuse the crowd. I myself coulden't help but to laugh at their antics.
The laughing stopped when the car began to flash and twist. It changed into a female clown with a hood for a chest,wheels on its limbs and bat wings on its back. It laughed and flung tires at the clowns trapping them all.
"Kloun Kar!" it cried and its round nose became a missle that shot a clown in the chest popping out its Soul tear.
"Girls we have to go," Kyle grabbed our arms and we began to run with the crowd. Careful manuvering managed to seperate Kyle from us.
"You call Sadie, I'll call Riley." I said Merle nodded.
"Riley nosferus is at it again at the cirrcus." I said.
"I'm on my way." Riley said. The communication ended
"Sadie's on her way." Merle told me.
"So is Riley." I said and pulled out my new pen."Andromeda Star Power!"
"Nebula Star Power!" we began to transform. My nails sparkled and fushia nail polish magicaly formed. I felt myself bathed in the familiar light. The light faded and I was transformed.
Merle-er Lady Nebula was transformed as well. we ran back to the cirrcus and quietly climbed the ladders to the trappez swings. I manuverd the light near me to shine on Nebula and she did the same for me.
"Stop right there!" I shouted and posed. When the beastie and Nosferus looked up I continued "Cirrcus's are meant to delight and entertain. How dare you use them for your evil purposes. Invited by a new age I am the creative Lady Andromeda. In the name of the Andromeda Galaxy I will punish you."
"Endhanted by a new age I am the Lady Nebula acting politely," Nebula began. "In the name of Orion's Nebula I will punish you."
"Kloun Kar take care of them while I check the last two." Nosferus ordered. The Beastie began to throw more tires when Nebula used her staff to deflect while she leaped down.
"Nebula Mist Confusion." She made the blinding fog 'Good,good by time for the others to show up,' I thought and sat one the swing.
"Ha this is the brightest one yet!" Nosferus cried in triumph."I'll bring this one back to the queen."
"Nebula strike him with your staff!" I cried but instead a dark ribbon shot out of no where and struck the tear from his hand. The sparkling tear shot into the air. I swung with my ankles grasping the swing and reached out and caugh it. Swining back I disengaged from the swing and fell to the net performing a double sommersault on the way. I bounced once and leaped down
"Ta-dah!" I posed.
"Very nice," a familiar voice said. I turned to look. It was Azurite and he was the one who shot the dark blue beam.
"So what are you doing now showing up like Tuxedo Mask?" I asked.
"Maybe but no corny speech-Watch out!" He pushed me out of the way of another tire.
"Get me that tear!" Nosferus ordered. Kloun Kar ran towards us. I stood in front of Azurite
"Siren Shriek!" I struck my finger across my other palm and pointed at the beastie. An ear splitting screech headed towards it. The Beastie held its hands over its ears and a rippling effect overtook it.
The thing turned back into a car and a bat shaped flat black chip popped out and cracked.
"No! I cannot lose this time!" Nosferus cried. "Crimson Blood Splash!" He sent that bloody attack towards us.
"Harmony Sheild!" Silver swirls formed a dome over Azurite and me. The blood splattered across the sheild.
"Oh no," He walked towards us. Nebula ran up behind him and raised her staff. Nosferus reached behind him and pulled the stormstaff out of her hands and hit her with it"I'm not going to let you get Awow!" He fell on his knees. Lady Comet and Lady Centauri Stood behind him. Centauri shot more arrows into him.
"No no no!" He cried. We surrounded him. Nosferus closed his eyes, hung his head, and disapeared.
"I guess we missed the fight," Comet said.
"Azurite is here too?" Centauri asked.
"Yup," he replied and put his hand on my shoulder"Nice new attack."
"Thanks," I said.
"Let me guess your filling for leader during Sun's absence." I nodded.
"Pretty good for your first day. Now lets help the others restore the Soul Tears"

"Please majesty have mercy," Nosferus pleaded to Hectate after removing the last arrow.
"You were warned," The queen no longer purred. Her hair had become spikey, her nose and ears now long and pointy,skin wrikled and wart coverd.
"but,"
"No buts," She waved her scepter over nosferus. He screamed and shrank,his limbs contorting. a cage formed around him and landed gently on the floor. Hectate approached him and peered inside. Nosferus,now an average bat rested on the ground
"I believe you'll make a better pet than a servant." Hectate regained her lovely face.
"My queen I'm ready to take over," a female voice said.
"Harphelle I hope you'll do better."
"I will." Harphelle said. She wore a dress with a feathery skirt and a feathery cloak. Her featherd style hair was piled on her head.
