Shadow Revealed: A Masked Hero assits

Keyla Callahan raced to Wyvern on her bike.
'I am going to be sooo late' She thougt. It was March 31st Laurine's Birthday and she has selected the perfect git. A hanging lamp that is shaped like flowers. She quickly locked up her bike and entered the building.
She had nearly knocked over Owen while gasping "Am I late?"
"No," Owen replied "The guest of honor hasn't shown up yet."
"Oh good we still have time." Keyla and Orion followed Owen into the fireroom. It wasn't long until Laurine and Celest entered with Laurine saying "I know there is a party for me so nobody shout surprise."
"Oh darn," Riley said sarcasticly
"Surprise parties are lame," Tracey commented.
"No their not," Dillion jabbed her.
"Couldnt you've left them home huh?" Laurine asked her parents while both siblings stuck out their tounges at her.

The guests were plenty, besies the other Ladies and her family there was the Xanatoses,the maza's,The Novalune sisters, Gina,Garret,Ethan,Richardo,the Spars, Wright twins and three of the warriros of light. The food was grand; BBQ chicken,corn chips,dried fruit,cake,icecream,soda,yougurt pretzles and candy. Their were games,prizes and music.The present included; clothes,makeup,perfume,bubblebath gift set,colorful clay glazes,new sculpting tools,flowers, a new gym bag, CD's and the pretty lights from Keyla.
"Thankyou Everyone," She said as Asten walked up to her.
"My gift to you is special," He said"Dinner for two at the new french retauruant and a visit to the Gugenheim museum." He pulled her in close while Mr. Miller frowned.
"C'mon Dad i'm 18 now," Laurine said to him.

Dara laid on her feshly made bed. She was done with all the make up work except for one quiz.
"What's the temperature?" She asked.
"High is 64 degrees low is 50, sky is cloudless. Wind gusts are at-"Mirror replied
"Thank you that will be enough." It was quiet for a few more minutes before Marcie entered.
"Unbelievable, those two twin sisters of mine are freakin ubelievable," Marcie said while setting down her luggage.
"Hey Marcie." Dara greeted "A little early arn't ya?"
"I just couldn't take another day with that family of mine especially my sisters!"
"Philip has joined the Quarrymen."
"No, but, are you sure?"
"Uh-huh," Dara explained everything to Marcie
"Ok so when Evan gets back tommorw, an the three of us has to convince Phillip to quit," Marcie said. Dara nodded.

The next day in Goyalatrix's room in the mansion
"Hey toots when are we gonna find soul tears for Queenie?" Lupyros sauntered into the room.
'How does Hectate put up with him?'Goyalatrix thought."Not until I show you what we are up against." She places a basin in the center of the runes that Orisio used, "Show us our enemies." The image of their reflection's were replaced by the five Galactic Ladies."Lady Andromeda,Comet,Centauri,Nebula, and Sun, but wait there is more."The image changed to Chrystia."This is the woman who is after the shards,she is able to remove them from the tears. When the tear is returned the shard carrior's change to warriros of light, and last but not least,"The image changed to LadyShadow." Lady Shadow a mysterious girl who has also made the situation difficult."
"Nice lesson teach," Lupyros commented, "now can we go?"
"No not yet. Image of the basin show the next target." The image rippled and the reflection of a drama student appeared.
"Karen Abrahms," Goyalatrix said "Sooo your the target."

The image of Karen Abrahms appered before Chrystia.
"The signal seems to be coming from the university," She said and left the apartment.

Evan had finished unpacking and left a message on the girls machine.
"Dara, Marcie I'm going to be in the drama department auditorium," He gathered up a few things and left for the auditorium.

"Hey Evan the package has arived," a fellow theater student said.
"Oh good," Evan said and both of them opened the box. Inside were rolled up, rugs, framed pictures,plastic pottery,faux plants and a strange wooden batton shaped thing that was nine inches long. On the top was a white button with a strange symbol on it.
"What is this thing?" Evan asked and picked it up.
"I dunno maybe a prop for another play?" The stage hand asked
"Could be I'm going to put this in inventory," He left the auditorium and nearly bumped in Karen Abrahms practicing her lines
"Hi Karen, getting the part down pat?" He asked.
"Yup, so mr. stage director where are you going with that?"
"Storage."
"Ok see you around."
"You too." He entered the storage room and began to check for backorder slips to see if they had ordered the prop.
"I would hold on to that if I were you," a small childish voice said. Evan turned around to see a little girl about five. She was wearing a yellow skirt trimmed in lace,a pink blouse with a teddy bear on it,yellow socks and pink shoes. Her light brown picgtails was held in elastics with plastic teddy bears attached.
"How did you get in here?" Evan asked
"I just did."
"oook why should I hold onto this?"
"Because your gonna need it later."
"Why how?"
"To help her."
"Her who?"
"Evan...." Marcie called
"Wait here." He left the room. Dara and Marcie had arived with some pizza. "Hi gals."
"Wanna break?" Dara asked.
"Sure maybe this kid is hungry," He stuck his head back into the storage room "Uh little gir...." She was gone. "She was right here."
"Who was?" Marcie asked
"This little girl. About yeigh heigh, brown pigtails,pink blouse with a teddy bear on it."
"There could have been a kid," Dara said.
"Pizza's getting cold." Marcie said

'What a pig,' Goyalatrix thought while she watched Lupyros stuff his face. They had begun their search for the target when Lupyros whined about being hungry. They went to a litte restauraunt.
"You couldn't wait tiostart the search." She said to him.
"I work better on a full stomache," Lupyros insisted.
"When will that be?"
"Hey I'm working on it." he began to shovel more food into his mouth. Goyalatrix sighed and took another sip of her tea. She staired out the window and watched as a variety of people walked by including a red head carrying a soda can.

Keyla walked by the restuaraunt Goyalatrix and Lupyros were dining in. She walked up to Merle
"I'm sorry I'm late but I thought you were thirsty," Keyla handed the soda to Merle.
"Thank you," Merle said and opened the soda. The beverage shot out of the opening and sprayed Merle in the face. Keyla was in hysterics
"April Fools!"
"I'm going to get you for that," Merle threatend before cleaning herself with a towlet.
"Laurine used her glue gun and stuck dimes on the sidewalk in front of her apartment."
"Well if eighteen year olds can do it then I guess so can we," Merle threw away the used towlette before saying "C'mon lets get to the library."

Both girls approached the library and were about to climb the steps when they saw Chrissy heading towards NYU.
"Chrissy?" Keyla called out. The former general paused and turned.
"Keyla,Merle." What brings you here?"
"We were going to do some studying," Merle answered.
"Are you on the pursuit of another crystal shard?"Keyla asked.
"Yes I am."
"So should we assist?"
"Well I have been meaning to ask for your help earlier.".
"I guess we can study later," Merle said.
"Right lets go."

"Ahh pizza the staple of the college student," Marcie commented as she Dara and Evan finished their meal.
"So any idea on how to convince Phillip?" Evan asked.
"How about telling him that when I expressed my views to a trio of them they all got huffy with me." Dara said.
"When was this?" Evan asked.
"What views?" Marcie asked.
"While you guys were gone. I said that they were casuing more damge than the gargoyles themselves."
"It doesnt pay to be truthful," Evan said
"I'm going to get some Ice Cream, anybody else wan't any?" Marcie asked. Two yeses answered for her. As she headed to the ice cream vending machine Goyalatrix and Lupyros walked right past her.

"Asten look, Chrissy, Keyla, and Merle are heading towards the University." Laurine pointed out as she and Asten were taing astroll.
"Chrissy must be searching for a shard," Asten replied.
"Think we should follow?"
"yep."

"Your SoulTear Sweetcakes hand it over," Lupyros said.
"Argh! You have to change first." Goyalatrix said and changed to her monstrite form causing people to scream and run.
"Oh yeah," Lupyros said before growing fur, claws,and fangs ad looked like a werewolf.

"Dara? Where are you?" Evan asked and bumped into Marcie." Marcie get out of here. I'm going to find Dara."
"All right becareful," Marcie said before leaving.
"Now where did Dara go?" Evan asked under breath and nervously kept clicking the buttonon the strange baton on and off.
"Press the button,throw it in the air and catch it." A child's voice said.
"What?" Evan asked
"You have to help her." Evan pressed the button and threw it in the air and watched as it grew to a three foot long cane before catching it. The energy struck him like a ton of bricks. The lights swirled around him. Attaching them to his body forming a new outfit. One band of light circumferenced his head and became a mask. He was now wearing a white silk shirt, black slacks,a dark purple duster coat and boots. A five star shiriken was attatched to his belt.
"Now you have to help her," The little girl reappeard."She's over there."

"Chrissy go try to stop them from taking the shard," Keyla said "While we transform." Chrissy nodded and headed towards the trouble guided by the crystal while Keyla and Merle headed down an a
