The Genesis Protocol Phase 1 - Dark Alliance

Catalyst's Stronghold

Cydor, Cydonian District, Mars

Borgi Natas, a young mercenary with the ability to induce vertigo apon people, walks casually into the home of Catalyst, a young arms dealer trying to make it big on Mars. He walks through the empty halls watching the other mercenaries walk about, and the servants toiling about. He finally arrives at a pair of light wooden doors, with two guards standing at each side.

"Hello I'm Borgi Natas, I was told to come here by Catalyst himself." Borgi says as he walks up to one of the guards.

"Ok, fine whatever he's in there." The guard says nonchalantly as he waves his hand behind him to show Borgi where to go.

Borgi acknowledges the guard then proceeds past the guard and into a spacious hall with guns, and all sorts of weaponry adorn the walls. He glances at the weapons and tries his best to take in their grand size, and splendor until he is interrupted by a hand grabbing his shoulder.

"I've been expecting you Mr. Natas.." A young man says as Borgi turns around. His eyes are a dark brown which are shadowed by his long brown hair that lays down over his face partially. "I as I hope you remember am, Catalyst." He says as he flashes a friendly smile to Borgi. "Now if you would please follow me we will discuss your up coming job for me." He says as he motions for Borgi to follow him as he proceeds through a doorway and into a side room.

The two enter into a small room with monitors covering every inch of the walls. The monitors are light up, and are all showing various statistics of Mars, it's moons, Earth, and it's moon. The two men exchanges looks as the door closes behind them making the light from the monitors the only light in the room.

"I have meet an amazing being.." Catalyst begins as he looks up to the monitor that is showing the stats for Earth's moon. "His name is Enigma, he can travel through time and also control it." He says as he places his hand on the monitor causing it to zoom in on a specific part of the moon. "He has told me of the future, he has told me of a great power with which we will side, and a kingdom that we will help destroy.." He says as Borgi walks forward to examine the zoomed in area.

"What kingdom? What is it called?" Borgi asks as he stares at the map of Earth's moon as a confused look crosses his face. "What do you want me to do, what's my mission here?" He says as he turns and looks directly at Catalyst, a serious look on his face.

"It is called the Moon Kingdom." Catalyst says as he crosses his arms and stares coldly at Borgi. "There is a woman in the future named Beryl, she wishes to destroy the Moon Kingdom so that she may control the Moon and Earth." He says as he presses the monitor again causing it to zoom out. "In the future there are people known as Sailor Senshi, they have amazing powers and will be very formidable foes for Beryl." He says as walks past Borgi and over to a monitor with Earth on it. "Beryl wishes to make her own Sailor Senshi, but she needs the DNA of someone who was given powers naturally and not through artificial enchantments."

"She wants to use my DNA because I have natural powers?" Borgi asks confused by what Catalyst had just stated. "Don't they have anyone in the future who's got natural powers like me?"

"Not powers like you have. Your powers are unique, you can control a person's balance by hitting them with a blast of vertigo." Catalyst says as he places his hand on Borgi's shoulder. "Natural powers are things like the ability to control water, fire, air, metal, ground, and so on. You have one of those powers Borgi."

"Fine, I'll do it, but how do you plan on getting me to the future?" Borgi asks as he moves Catalyst's hand off his shoulder.

"Enigma will take you to the future, and there you will meet Beryl who will inform you on the rest of the project." Catalyst says as he presses a button by the door causing it to open.

"What is the project called anyways?" Borgi asks as the two walk of the room and begin to make their way to the outside courtyard where Enigma awaits..

"The project is called Project Genesis." Catalyst says as the two pass by a pair of guards. "Beryl will fill you in on the details of the Genesis Protocol."

As Catalyst and Borgi walk into the courtyard they both spot a man standing like a silent sentinel in the middle of the yard. He is covered by a long flowing black and red robe and his eyes glow a bright green from within the shadows of his hooded face. He greets the two with a silent nod then walks toward them, his arms crossed at his chest.
