With his glasses, he can actually see microscopic organisms.
On occasion, he'll stop by the clinic and actually diagnose someone
on the spot.
Some say he also has invented x-ray glasses as well as future
seeing glasses, but then I explain that was Wilt Chamberlain.
Some people are so ignorant! Mr.Wagner believes ignorance
should be painful. That way a bunch of kids would go to the
clinic saying they didn't feel good but then Mr.Wagner could look
through his glasses and say "You're fine, go back to class". And
then a bunch of kids would have to learn in pain. What a practical
joker that Mr.Wagner is!
