Comments/Highlights: Real cool show here from the Test for Echo 1st leg! This is the complete show, and the sound is great for an audience DAT. It's slightly boomy, with that "arena" type quality to it, but the nice dynamic range more than makes up for that. It starts out slightly distant, the guitar a little low in the mix and the bass a little muddy, but soon comes together very well and all the instruments come across very nice throughout, especially the drums. There are a few channel wavers from some slight movements, otherwise it's very steady overall. The crowd is wonderful throughout this concert, they really get into the show. There are a few talkers now and then, but for the most part the crowd doesn't distract from the band. This is not a perfect night technical wise, as you can here a few spots of feedback, but the way the band reacts to the Philly crowd is always a nice treat :) Some excellent versions all around, old and new! Splendid versions of T4E and Resist, as well as the awesomely complete 2112 along with the classic Natural Science! Definitely worth it for the sound quality and for the crowd too :)
