8/31/99 Ok, it's me, Geneva, back from my 6 months hiatus with some new enlightenment. In my absence, a new BSB CD has come out and I must admit that I was feelin' "I Want It That Way" so much that I bought the CD.

Yeah, I know I said that they had no talent, but their style on this cd is definately different. So I still stand by my no talent comment for their first U.S. CD. I also think my whole "new found love" of BSB lies with in AJ's incredible voice, and Nick is just adorably better looking now or something and I think it's effecting his signing.

Anyhow, the real reason I like BSB more now is because in real life I had a moment and a BSB song was involved. The song just happened to explain the situation I was in, so chalk it up to BSB being at the right place at the right time. So I will forever tolerate them now, BUT DON'T THINK I DON'T STILL ONLY TRULY LOVE 'N Sync, because that's my word. 'N Sync are still my "boyz". I just realized that Joey was right, there is enough room for everyone, when they eventually learn to sing :) .

Oh, a little side note...LFO are really good. I like them, go buy their CD. Its really good. Besides, they have the whole Boston accent thing goin' on.

And go get Christina Aguilera's CD. It's nothing like Britney's, Christina sounds more mature. I like Britney, but sometimes she annoys me on a personal level. It seems as if everything she does, she does because Justin does it or likes it. We get it Girl, you got him, good lookin out, very proud, now stop trying to prove to the world that you have so much in common! It would be a crime that ya'll aren't together.

Oh, and finally, C NOTE... BABES, if at first you don't succeed try, try again. This CD was Weak, but I hear some talent so maybe with a little more work ...

2/22/99 Ok, so I have more brilliant thoughts to share with the world...here I go. I was checking out different 'N Sync sites (because in reality I'm a big fan of 'N Sync websites), when I came across a website that was on some sort of tirade about how they were sick of people saying 'N Sync was better than the BSB. They claimed to be fans of both, but pointed out that 'N Sync came after them and therefore BSB were ultimately better. It also went on to imply that 'N Sync was copying them. I will say this now, and I will continue to say it: BSB and "N Sync are NOTHING ALIKE. And for all you die hard BSB fans who think my boys are biting BSB's style, you're wrong. Just because BSB were first, by no means makes them better.

Technically NKOTB were the first, not BSB. So I'm not sayin' that NKOTB and 'N Sync are alike either, each group has their own style. I'm just sick and tired of people thinking that because 'N Sync came after BSB that they should bow down to the talentless wonders (in my opinion, and I am entitled to my own opinion). Besides, hasn't anyone ever heard the saying "practice makes perfect"??? Hence why the world now has perfection in the 5 HARMONY GROUP 'N SYNC.

1/25/99 And how come whenever a new alternative band comes out people aren't like "damn their trying to be like Third Eye Blind "...or "wow, here's the next Pearl Jam?" I don't understand why boy bands attract so much negative attention. When a R&B group consisting of more than three members comes out, they aren't the next New Edition or Boys II Men...so I don't understand the hype concerning 'N Sync, or 98 degrees, or any other group that consist of young guys who sing. And another thing, if 'N Sync couldn't sing they never would have gotten a record contract, and they wouldn't have the number 2 album in the country right now.

1/22/99Ok, why didn't the BSB realize that in "aihtg" they weren't using proper english? It's not, "Does his friends take up all your time?" It's DO his friends...C'mon now boys, at least act smart! I know one of you attempted to go to college.

All of the BSB fans that bash 'N Sync by saying BSB are cuter, and can dance better...are they talking about the same group that has Howie, and Kevin in it? Have they seen them dance?

By the way, the members of 'N Sync aren't models. People aren't suppose to "love" them based on their looks. No wonder they have a hard time gaining respect! People should like them because they are talented. The main reason BSB and 'N Sync are different...MY favorite, Lance. BSB don't have a bass, and my boys do..and a talented one at that. So until they get one, the two groups will continue to sound nothing alike. As it should be, because in my opinion 'N Sync is more talented. I mean we've heard them sing. JC has a soulful, blues voice, and Justin has a hip hop, r&b thing happening. With both equal, amazing voices, Joey evens them out with his voice, and makes it balanced. When he sings, Lance could do anything he wanted with his voice...he has that whole sexy, Barry White thing going for him, and Chris completes the whole harmony effect, with his higher range voice. So Until BSB have a round, complete, free standing harmony they will continue to sound mediorce, singing wise.

And by the way, who ever told Lance that he looks good in those big baggy shirts? I have two words for you...WIFE BEATER!
