The Court's Response

When a gang or individuals rob a bank the State expends huge resources to investigate, pursue, capture, try, and convict the thieves. However, when International Organized Crime, the very rich and their agents, blatantly rob the citizenry, their corporations, and even the U.S. Treasury ... the State expends huge resources to serve and protect the thieves. The Judge's signature on the Court document herewith dated 20 May 2003 (Postmarked 28 May 2003) is clear evidence of the Court's support of International Organized Crime. Note that in this case the Petitioner/Plaintiff is George Desmond Brown and the State of Florida is the Defendant. Yet, the Court has reversed the standings. Thus, Judge John Dean Moxley, Jr. obviously neither pays heed to the Rules nor recognized the Misprision Laws.

ORDERED AND AJUDGES that the Appellee's Motion to Strike Appellant's Initial Brief, Dismiss the Appeal and Impose Sanctions, is hereby granted. The Appellant shall not file any further motions, papers, briefs or appeals without the assistance of competent legal counsel.

Vengeance, of course, belongs to GOD (Deuteronomy 32:35). He promises to reward evildoers double (Revelation 18:6; Jeremiah 25:14; 51:6; Isaiah 59:18; 31:2; 3:11; Obadiah 15; Habakkuk 2:8). Again, GOD'S admonitions to rulers are plain: Do this, if you do ... (blessings); but, if you don't ... (curses) (Jeremiah 22:1-9). Remember, the State blatantly attacked whistle blowers and their friends; so, if GOD promises double for evildoers, what about their friends? Do they get double too?
