Harlaxton Events

Harlaxton hosted a formal dinner during our orientation weekend. It was held in the Long Gallery and was a great opportunity to meet people, have good food, and drink a little wine.

This was my table. Although I already knew two of the people there, I was able to talk to everyone else. The guy at the end of the table is Greg. He is now my RA in the Carriage House. (I was sitting at the end, but I'm taking the picture :)

After dinner, we had a reception. The guy on stage is a bagpipe player. According the Candace, he is really cool. I didn't get a chance to meet him though. It was a very enjoyable evening!
