(SpongeBob rushed over to squidward)

SpongeBob: SQUIDWARD!!!!!!

(we see squidward dazing off into space and drooling)

Squidward (angirly yells at SpongeBob): What is it!!

SpongeBob: Just 6 days, 4 hours, 7 minutes, 13 seconds, 16 micro-seconds, 22 half-centimeter seconds till Christmas!!!

Squidward: Christmas!!! who cares about christma..... (interups himself). wait a second, Christmas = day off, and day off = no SpongeBob. YES!!!! i can' wait for x-mas (squidward singing) No Spongebob, day off.

Mr. Krabs: Wait a second lads, we are all working on Christmas.

SpongeBob & Sqquidward: huh??

Mr. Krabs: You know, Christmas. Everyone comes in and eats with their familes.

SpongeBob: But Mr. Krabs, people are supposed to spend time with their families at home on christmas.

Squidward: And with no spongebob!!

Mr. Krabs: Well, not this year, you'll both be working that day and thats final!!

SpongeBob: what about you mr. krabs, don't you have a life, a family to spend christmas with??

Mr. Krabs: A life?? Whats a life??? well, nevermind that you too get back to work!

(the next scene is where spongebob is making patties, he has a sad look to his face)

SpongeBob: I can't believe we have to work on Christmas, what can we do Squidward?

Squidward: I don't know, who cares if I get the day off, even if I do, i'll still see you, you live next door!

SpongeBob: I'll tell you what we will do! sign a legal document stating that all stores are closed on christmas.

Squidward (confused): A legal what?

Spongebob: Just come on (takes squids hand, and rushed out of the krusty krab)

SpongeBob: OHHH Mr. Krabs????

Mr. Krabs: What? What is it boy?

SpongeBob: I have someone you'd like to meet.

Buisness fish (talking very quicley): sponge and squid signed a leag document stating that everything is closed christmas eve. (rushes out the door as fst as he can)

Squidward: therefor, WE have the day off!!

SpongeBob (walking out the door with squidward): So long!!!! Mr. Krabs.

Mr. Krabs (angirly): Arrrrrrhhhhhhhggggg.

(spongebob is tucking gary off to bed)

Narrator: Christmas Eve

SpongeBob (laying down and turning off light): good night Gary. (we see Mr. Krabs dressed in all balck coming down the chimmney)

Mr. Krabs (to himself): If theres no presents, theres no christmas, which means work for spongebob and squidward. hahaha. (pink panther spy theme is plying as Krabs steals all the toys and puts them in a black sack)

Mr. Krans: Now, off to squidwards.

(we see mr. krabs on the roof of spobgebobs house, he falls and breaks in the house again)(his sack of toys spills, and makes a loud sound, causing Gary and SpongeBob to wake up)

SpongeBob: (yawning) good morning gary, whaT!!!! (looks at Krabs) The Santa Bandit!!!! Wait a second!!!! (pulls off mask) Mr. KRABS!!!!!

Mr. Krabs: I admit it, I was going to steal away me x-mas.

SpongeBob: Mr. Krabs, why didn't you just think of yorself, your getting presents too.

Mr. Krabs (excited): I almost forgot!!! (mr. krabs runs out the door and to his house shouting "My toys, my toys!" (krabs gets home, and tears apart his presents, not only to find that he got boxes full of cole)
