Synopsis
A brief, 10 minute school project displaying the anti-transcedentalism elements of a chapter in Tim Obrien's book, The Things They Carried.
I don't even need to read the book to tell you that it's better than
the movie. However, despite its feeble attempt at educating the
viewers this film must be regarded as a milestone in Enzymefilms
history. There were girls in it...Yes! After the years of constant
Jeff, occasional Nick, and rare but there Elliot, the company has
finally decided to expand and include not just one, but two females
in it's latest work. Such a stunt had been attempted before but with
little success. You see, originally Frostedcupcake was going to be
the chaser in The Reason, but it didn't end up in the movie for
some...reason. Haha. Come to think of it, we were standing out there for
awhile, and I had to climb up a hill lots of times...what
the hell happened to that scene?
Having women in the movies opens a door to a new frontier for
Enzymefilms & friends. No longer will the characters be limited to
socially challenged guys(The Reason), gay guys (The Trespasser, The
Trespasser 2,The Trespasser 3, El Partido, Joseph Field, Technical
Bullhead), psychotic murders who are only interested in killing and
eating everybody and couldn't care less about women (Smells Like Bacon),
really old perverted guys who have forgotten what its like and only
want to find a painless way to die so they can get to heaven and be
surrounded by young naked women for all of eternity (Emily Dickinson),
or the perfect guy who simply goes to a place much too scary for girls
(The Haunted, The Haunted 2, The Haunted 3, The Haunted 26, and however
many of those we did). If this new trend continues, expect the
trespassing done in Trespasser 4 to be a little bit more interesting.
Anyway, the movie (this one), I'd watch it again...if I had my gameboy during the
boring parts.
