raison d'etre was filmed entirely on location in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London.
It was edited in the Film and TV Department in the University of Wales at Aberystwyth. The budget was somewhere in the region of £600, including the purchase of equipment.

The film has a running time of nine minutes and sixteen seconds. It's available as a QuickTime movie file, hosted at Revland, John Tynes's website. It's about 53Mb, and you'll need QuickTime 6 to watch it, which is free to download.
