Oscar's Most Garrish Moment

There are a number of reasons to love the Oscar telecast, and none more so that the fact that the ceremony tends to be over the top.  While there have been many tacky and embarrassing moments over the years, there is one event that I felt had to be the absolute worst (a la best) moment.

As we all know, the Academy Awards are a time to truck out the old stars so that the fans can get a peek at what they look like now.  On Oscar's 70th anniversary, producers invited as many past Oscar winners as they could find.  The conditions were that they had to have won in an acting category, they had to be willing to be paraded on stage, and they had to be alive (although this third condition seemed debatable).

It wasn't enough to introduce these stars, but the ceremony also included a bizzarre induction of that years newest winners. Helen Hunt, Kim Bassinger and Robin Williams were invited out with their Oscar's to greet the royal court in a moment that looked decidedly uncomfortable.
