When everything starts to crush in on you, get up, go outside, rediscover the garden. Play in the dirt. Make life happen. Flowers planted by your hands, your seed will burst forth bright and brilliant.
And in the autumn when all of life recedes, wilts, disappears reflect on your own impermanence.
It's not going to stop.
