MURDER COULD NOT KILL

Robin Foster, young artist, sees an automobile run alongside another in a lonely London street late at night and a man slip from one car to another. He hastens up to find a dead man and a fainting girl in one automobile, the other speeding away. When the girl revives he takes her to the house of her fiance which she and her father had just left.

In spite of discouragement, Robin is attracted to the girl and attempts to solve the mystery of her father's death. It is hard not to get impatient with Robin. He walks confidingly into every trap the enemy lays, but, of course, emerges safe after many hairbreadth escapes and much carnage.
