Homestead is charging me too much, so at the end of the month I am disbanding my page from their server. So this is my new home.

My birthday is 03/11/76 (Pisces through and through). I'm interested in a lot of things, especially academic pursuits. Call me an elitist. :) I'm an English and history double-major concentrating in Technical Writing and have a special interest in Medieval & Renaissance Literature and have aspirations to become a professor teaching Cultural Theory or perhaps a Technical Writer. I currently work for Siemens as a dispatcher but look forward to opportunities for advancement in the company. I'm also a musician; I play bassoon, recorder, piano, and a smattering of most other instruments. Early Music, classical, and hymns are some of my favorites to play. Favorite music artists include Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan, Bjork, Nelly Furtado, Gorillaz, Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott, Natalie Merchant, the Indigo Girls, Dave Matthews Band, They Might Be Giants, Blur, and far too many more for me ever to name. If they were on Lillith Faire, I'm a fan. ;-)

This is an abbreviated intro to me, but maybe your interest is sparked. Oh well, write me if you're bored and not boring. I can carry on conversations about anything, but one of my favorite topics is philosophy/theology/religion. Talk to you later!
