Real Name: Terry Bollea

From: Venice beach California

After studying business administration and music at the University of South Florida, Terry started body building in Tampa, Florida gym in 1967. Terry worked as a part time body builder, part time bouncer, very part time musician and full time bank teller. During one of his bouncer jobs he met up with pro wrestler Jack Brisco, who immediately saw the potential of the big man. Brisco suggested that he should start to wrestle and gave him the phone number to Hiro Matsuda. Terry told himself - why not, and gave Matsuda a call. Matsuda agreed to train him and so a legend was born. In 1978 Terry wrestled his first match under the guise of the Super Destroyer on the Florida independent scene. When other promoters saw the potential they were eager to sign him and he then started working in Alabama and the Memphis area as Terry Boulder, and was managed by Jmmy Hart. Here he met up with the late Andre the Giant, whom he befriended outside of the ring, and fought inside the ring. In September 1979, Terry started working for the NWA Georgia, here he under the guise of Sterling Golden captured the NWA South Eastern Heavyweight Title, by defeating Bob Roop in December. Unfortunately his regain wasn't long, as he dropped the title to Bob Armstrong in January of 1980.

WWE : But Terry bounced back from the defeat, when the late Vincent McMahon Sr. then contacted Terry in the start of 1980 and the two agreed to a deal. Terry got the in-ring name Hulk Hogan and was managed by the legendary

AWA : After his contract with the WWF expired, Hogan worked some matches for New Japan Pro Wrestling, where he teamed up with Stan Hansen. Hogan returned to the States in the American Wrestling Association. Hogan still worked as a heel at the beginning of his tenure with the AWA, but the fans responded good to him and he turned face and immediately started a feud with the biggest heel group in the AWA - the Heenan Family. Hogan's popularity got actor Sylvester Stallone interested, and in 1982, Hogan played the wrestler Thunderlips in Sly's movie Rocky III. This really got the World to sit up and take notice. The WWF quickly came calling, but Hogan stayed truthful to the AWA. Hulk continued his feud with the Heenan family and took on each and every member to get to the champion Nick Bockwinkel. Hogan won a battle royal in 1982 to gain the shot. During the match Hogan had Bockwinkel pinned, but Heenan distracted him and threw a foreign object to Bockwinkel, but Hogan intercepted and nailed Bockwinkel with it to put him down for the pin. Hulk celebrated as AWA champion, but the belt was taken from him as the commission reviewed the tape of the incident.

NEW JAPAN : Hogan then went to the New Japan tournament to enter the IWPG tournament. It was a 10 man tournament to declare a new IWPG Heavyweight Champion. Hogan defeated Killer Khan, Big John Studd, Rusher Kimura, Canek, Enrique Vera, Otto Wanz, and Akira Maeda, Hulk fought to a draw with Antonio Inoki and Andre the Giant Hogan and Inoki ended up with the same points so they clashed in a final. Inoki was scheduled to win, but during the bout he knocked himself silly, so Hogan had no choice than to pin him and win the tournament and the IWPG Heavyweight Title, June 2, 1983. Hogan dropped the title to Inoki almost a year after, June 14, 1984, but at that time he was already a superstar in the WWF.

Hulkamania is born!!! Hogan made his re-debut in the WWF on January 7, 1984, where he helped Bob Backlund from the Samoans. On January 23, Hogan clashed with then WWF World Champion the Iron Sheik, during the bout Hulk was trapped in the Camel Clutch, but he then did his trademark Hulkup routine and then quickly nailed the Sheik with the Big Legdrop to capture the WWF World Title, and Hulkamania was born with the phrase Say your prayers, eat your vitamins and stay in shape.. Hulk took on all comers and feuded with Paul Orndorff for most of 1984, until Roddy Piper came along. This lead to WrestleMania, where Hulk teamed up with Mr. T. to take on Piper and Orndorff, this really put wrestling and Hogan on the map and of course Hogan and Mr. T. won the contest. Piper and Hogan weren't through though, the Rowdy Scott sent his protectors Don Muraco and Cowboy Bob Orton after Hogan, but neither man could topple the Hulkster. Randy Savage also tried, but couldn't get the job done. King Kong Bundy also tried to get the Hulkster down, by repeatedly smashing Hogan into the ring post with his giant body. Hogan's ribs were hurt, due to the attack from Bundy, when the two clashed in a cage match at WrestleMania 2, but Hogan overcame the odds and bodyslammed and then followed it up with the Big Legdrop to take the win in their steel cage match. Hogan continued to take on all the big men in the WWF and it drew monstrous crowds, most feuds started when the heels attacked Hogan in an interview segment, which lead to a match, where Hogan hulked up and won. After this Hogan and Orndorff had a controversial cage match in January of 1987, here one referee claimed Hogan had escaped the cage first and the other one claimed it was Orndorff, but Hogan kept the title. But then came the big shocker, in a Piper's pit segment, Andre the Giant came out with a new manager - Bobby Heenan. Andre stated that Hogan was afraid to meet him and demanded a title shot. Hogan then appeared and told him that they were friends and shouldn't be fighting, Andre didn't care and ripped off Hogan's chain and left. Hogan were devastated and so were the fans, who thought that Andre would end Hulkamania. The rivalry continued to heat up, when Andre constantly attacked Hogan. This lead to the classic WrestleMania III, March 29, 1987, where more than 90,000 fans were present to see them clash. The match was great and Hogan won the match after he had bodyslammed the big monster. Bobby Heenan was devastated over Andre's loss so the rest of 1987, he sent the rest of his entourage to take care of Hogan, but no one could get the job done, but Andre was still lurking. Hogan saved Randy Savage from an attack from Honky Tonk Man at an episode of Saturday Night Main Event, when Elizabeth (Savage's valet) asked for his help, and a friendship developed. Ted DiBiase entered the WWF and tried to buy the WWF World Title from Hogan, but Hulk wouldn't sell it. At Survivor Series 1987, Andre got the better of Hogan. This lead to their encounter on February 5, 1988, here the referee was supposed to be Earl Hebner, but instead it was his brother Dave, who had been paid off by Ted DiBiase, who also had bought Andre's contract. During the match Andre got Hogan down for the pin, Dave then counted a quick three even though Hogan kicked out. Andre got the title, but gave it to DiBiase and the title got declared vacant. At WrestleMania IV a tournament for the vacant WWF World Title was held, Hogan and Andre clashed in the second round, when both got a bye in the first round. The two tore into each other, but the match ended in a double disqualification, when both men used a chair. Randy Savage made it to the final, where he faced Ted DiBiase, who brought Andre to the ring, but Hogan came and to even the odds and he made sure Savage won, after he smacked DiBiase with a chair. Around this time The Mega-Powers were born and together they ran rampage on all the heel groups in the WWF. At Summer Slam the team took on Andre and DiBiase, and won after Elizabeth had distracted the heel team, when she dropped her skirt. Hogan and Savage continued their dominant role, but Savage became jealous of Hogan's relationship with Elizabeth. Hogan feuded with the Big Boss Man after Summer Slam, when the Boss Man used maze on Hogan and beat him senseless with a night-stick. But Hogan eventually got the better of the prison guard. At the Royal Rumble 1989 both men were participating in the battle royal, during the course of the bout, Hogan was going to eliminate Bad News Brown, but he held on to Randy Savage, who also got eliminated in the process. This didn't sit well with Savage, who claimed Hogan eliminated him with full purpose. But it didn't stop there - at a televised matchup against the Big Boss Man and Akeem, Savage was hurled out of the ring and hit Elizabeth, knocking her senseless. Randy didn't care and jumped back into the ring, while Hogan carried her back to the medics. After the match Savage accused Hogan of only being in it because of Liz and attacked him. This lead to their confrontation at WrestleMania V, which was one of the most heated contests. Elizabeth was standing in neutral corner, but soon showed her allegiance towards Hogan. Hulk won the match after Savage had nailed him with the big elbow, but he got up and nailed Savage with the Big Legdrop to take the victory and the WWF World Title for a second time. Elizabeth continued as Hogan's manager until Summer Slam. Earlier in the year, Hogan had finished a movie called No Holds Barred, where he portrayed a wrestler called Rip, who went up against a big guy named Zeus. Zeus came to the WWF and claimed he could take Hogan down, but without success. Hogan was on a roll and dropped one heel after another, he even won the Royal Rumble in 1990. But there was one guy, that the Immortal Hulk Hogan hadn't faced, namely the Ultimate Warrior, who was the WWF Intercontinental Champion at the time, the two settled for a match at WrestleMania VI, April 1, 1990, where both titles were up for grasp. The two delivered a good match, but in the end it was the energetic Ultimate Warrior, who came out on top, cleanly. Shortly after Hogan was brutally attacked by another 300+ monster - Earthquake, who was out for Hogan's blood. Earthquake was managed by Jimmy Hart, who also had Dino Bravo under his wings, and the two became a thorn in Hogan's side.At Summer Slam Hogan and Earthquake clashed, but Bravo continued to interfere, this brought out the Big Boss Man, who helped Hogan. At the Royal Rumble, January 19, 1991. Hulk brought himself back as the number one contender, when he for the second year in a row won the Royal Rumble. Hogan was set to go up against the Iraq sympathiser Sgt. Slaughter, who put more petroleum on the feud, when he blasted Hogan with a fireball. Their matchup at WrestleMania VII were rather unforgettable, but Hogan won the match and gained the WWF World Title for a third time Hogan and Slaughter continued their rather pathetic feud over the summer, where Hogan teamed up with various partners to take on Slaughter and his entourage. But then Hogan took on one of the most sadistic heels at the time the Undertaker, who attacked Hogan on a segment called the Funeral Parlour. Their match took place at Survivor Series 1991, where Hogan used every move in his repertoire to get the Undertaker down, but the Undertaker, with a little help from Ric Flair who slid a chair in the ring, finished Hogan off with the tombstone on the chair. Neither the WWF or Hogan were satisfied in how the match ended, so a rematch was set-up six days later at a pay-per-view called Tuesday in Texas. The match was just as controversial as the first and Ric Flair again showed his face, Hogan wanted to nail him with a chair, but instead hit President Jack Tunney. Flair then tried his scheme from the first match, but this time it backfired for the Undertaker, who got his head rammed into the chair and was rolled up by Hogan to win his fourth WWF World Title. But the regain didn't last long though, Jack Tunney declared the belt vacant a few days later, due to the controversial ending. Hogan then feuded a little with Ric Flair, but not many of their matches or antics gained much TV time. At the Royal Rumble 1992, the WWF World Title was up for grasp, but Hulk didn't succeed in gaining the trophy, but instead he started feuding with his friend Sid Justice, whom Hogan played a big part in eliminating. After Hogan and Sid had squared off at WrestleMania VIII, April 5, 1992, where Hogan won by disqualification. Hogan took 10 months off wrestling. The official reason was to tape some movies, but the reason for his hiatus shall be seen in the light of three things. First of all the business down turn, which had to do with the adverse publicity the WWF got during the feud between Hogan and Slaughter. Second of all the conviction of Dr. George Zahorian for illegally supplying steroids to WWF wrestlers, Hogan had denied that he ever had used them on the Arsenio Hall show, but as we later found out in court, it wasn't the truth. The third and final reason was that the WWF was Titan Sports and Vince McMahon became the subjects of a major government investigation. So Hogan feared that he would be taken down with Vince McMahon, so that's why he stayed out for 10 months. Hogan returned to the WWF in February 1993, after Ted DiBiase and IRS had beaten his best friend Brutus Beefcake. Hulk agreed to team with Beefcake and they got Jimmy Hart as their manager. The two teams clashed at WrestleMania IX, but Hogan and Beefcake came out with the loosing end of the stick after Jimmy Hart had delivered the three count. Later that day Bret Hart lost the WWF World Title to Yokozuna, after Mr. Fuji threw salt in the eyes of Bret. Hogan came down to protest, Mr. Fuji then challenged Hogan to get in the ring with Yokozuna, which he did. Mr. Fuji tried to do the same thing as he had done with Bret Hart, but ended up hitting Yokozuna, so Hogan became WWF World Champion for a fifth time in just 23 seconds. Hogan had only one defence of the title and it was against Yokozuna at King of the Ring 1993, June 13. During the match a photographer made his way up on the ring apron, his flash light fired a fireball in to the face of Hogan, who then was pinned. Hogan then left the WWF never to return again.

WCW: Hogan signed with the WCW on June 11, 1994, which was celebrated with great festivities. When Hogan left the WWF he had used his time on a TV Series. Hulk was immediately set to feud with then WCW World Champion - Ric Flair. WCW tried to get publicity by letting Shaquille O'Neil to be in the corner of Hogan, at his first matchup at Bash at the Beach '94, July 17. Hulk won the match and was crowned WCW World Champion for the first time. During the first couple of months in WCW Hogan was some times booed bye the crowd, but WCW wouldn't change a thing. During the feud with Flair, Hogan was attacked by a masked man. The rivalry with Flair heated up and lead to a Steel Cage Match at Halloween Havoc, October 23, 1994, where the looser had to retire. Hulk won the match and afterwards he got a hold of the masked man an unmasked him, it turned out to be Ed Leslie a.k.a Brutus Beefcake. Beefcake was mad because of Hogan always hogging the spotlight, so he teamed up with Kevin Sullivan and Avalanche to get Hogan down, collectively they were known as the Dungeon of Doom. This rather pathetic feud lead to a series of matches where Hogan defeated the Butcher (Leslie) on many occasions. After Flair had retired he started managing the big Vader, whom Flair sent in Hogan's directions. Hogan had just defeated the Butcher at Starrcade, when Vader showed up to end the festivities and demanded a shot at the World Champion. Vader also attacked Hogan after he won a match, but Hogan got up and cleaned the ring. Hogan and Vader clashed at SuperBrawl V, February 19, 1995. Vader controlled much of the match and could have won the title if Ric Flair hadn't attacked Hogan, which caused the disqualification. The two agreed to settle the score in a strap match at Uncensored, but here Hogan won after he had dragged Ric Flair through the four corners. This incident got Hogan and Randy Savage to go to the WCW and demanded that they reinstated Flair, which they did. Hogan and Savage then teamed up to take on the team of Vader and Flair at Slamboree '95. Hulk and Savage won, but the score with Vader wasn't settled, so Hogan and Vader clashed in Steel Cage Match atBash at the Beach '95, July 16. The match didn't live up to the expectations, but Hogan won it and retained the title. Then the Dungeon of Doom [as they were now called] came again, this time they had found a new monster to squash Hogan in the shape of the Giant, who interrupted an interview with Hogan at Bash of the Beach, the Giant claimed to be the son of Andre the Giant, which he isn't, and blamed Hogan, for Andre's misery and death. To say that was Hogan was stunned is not an understatement. Hogan continued to battle the Dungeon of Doom, but the Giant was lurking in the back of his head. After Hogan and his team had won the War Games match at Fall Brawl, pre match stipulations let Hogan have five minutes with Kevin Sullivan, but the Giant came to ringside, broke into the cage and injured Hogan's neck. Later the Giant smashed one of Hogan's Harley Davidson's with a Monster Truck. These incidents lead to their clash at Halloween Havoc '95, October 29. First they competed in a Monster Truck match. The Monster Truck event, which was held at the top of the Joe Louis Arena, I don't think WCW had clue what to do, so eventually both men got out of their trucks and started brawling, which ended rather suddenly when the Giant feel off the roof and into the water. Hogan was totally destroyed by believing that he had killed the Giant, but the Giant came strolling down to the ring and took on Hogan. The two delivered a good match, but it ended by disqualification when Hogan's manager Jimmy Hart turned on Hogan, Randy Savage tried to help him out, but Lex Luger stopped him and the Yeti attacked Hogan, which caused the DQ. But due to the contract which Hogan's former and the Giant's current manager Jimmy Hart had signed, the title was able to change hands due to disqualification, and so the Giant won the WCW World Title. But the Giant wasn't through with Hogan, during a Nitro episode, Kevin Sullivan, who was disguised as a woman threw powder in Hogan's face. The Giant then shaved Hogan's moustache off. This started the so called dark period for Hogan, as he started coming to the ring dressed in black and he trusted no one. Eventually he challenged his good friend Sting, to a match, which took place on Nitro, November 20, Sting had almost won the match, when the Dungeon of Doom attacked. The title was later held up and a new champion was to be declared at World War 3, in the three ring battle royal. Hogan fared good in the battle royal and had eliminated the Giant, but he heaved Hogan out of the ring, and so Randy Savage was declared the winner. This didn't sit well with Hogan, but he had to settle for it. But the Giant was still a thorn in his side, and it didn't become better after the Giant and Ric Flair defeated the team of Hogan and Savage at Clash of the Champions XXXII. Hogan and the Giant continued to stalk each other and this resulted in WCW signing a Steel Cage Match to take place at SuperBrawl between the two to solve the matter. The match was hard and ruthless, but ended with Hogan winning. At Uncensored, March 24, 1996, Hogan teamed up with Randy Savage to participate in the most stupid match WCW ever created, it was a so called Tower of Doom match, where 8 opponents took on the Mega-Powers, no one seemed to have a clue what they were doing, but eventually Hogan and Savage scored the pin. Hogan took some time off to make a movie, but when he returned it was a real shocker. In the meantime Scott Hall and Kevin Nash (The Outsiders) had come to the WCW and stated that they were taking over. At Bash at the Beach, Hall and Nash took on Randy Savage, Lex Luger, and Sting. During the course of the bout, Luger was carted off, but when WCW was in real trouble Hogan came to the ring. People were celebrating the return of Hogan, who they thought came to save WCW, but instead he turned heel, when he nailed Savage with the Big Legdrop. The match was declared a no contest, but together with the Outsiders, Hogan pummeled Savage and Sting. Afterwards Hogan cut a classic interview, where he dished the fans and the WWF, and together with Hall and Nash, Hogan claimed he would start a New World Order, and so the nWo was born. Shortly after this incident Hogan started to calling himself Hollywood Hogan, since he was a star in Hollywood (neither of Hogan's movies has been a success). Hollywood started going after then WCW World Champion - the Giant, whom Hogan and the Outsiders bashed on more then one occasion. The constant interference from Hall and Nash proved to be the downfall for the Giant, while he was busy choking them out, Hogan nailed him with a loaded boot and thereby won the WCW World Title for a second time at Hogg Wild, August 10, 1996. After the bout Brutus Beefcake wanted to join the nWo, but got a beating for his trouble, Hogan then spray painted the letters N W O on the belt. Hogan then set his goal on two wrestlers - Ric Flair and Randy Savage, whom he along with the rest of the nWo attacked on several occasions. The feud with Flair actually lead all the way to Fall Brawl, where Flair teamed up with Arn Anderson, Lex Luger and Sting. But Hogan had an ace up his sleeve, some weeks before the event Hogan had another wrestler disguise himself as Sting and attack Lex Luger. The other WCW wrestlers then lost their trust in Sting, which lead to the black and white crow Sting. So Hogan and his cronies only had to beat up three men at the pay-per-view. The nWo's attack and humiliation of Savage continued and at Halloween Havoc the two clashed. After Hogan had won the match, Roddy Piper confronted Hogan and wanted a match, since Hogan hadn't defeated him cleanly. Hogan agreed to the match but thanks to Eric Bischoff, who later joined the nWo, it only became a non-title match, thank God for that since Hogan fell to the sleeper hold. The Giant who had joined the nWo and won the World War 3 battle royal, thereby giving him a shot at the World Champion, requested his opportunity to go up against Hogan, but Hollywood would hear none of it. The Giant then turned on the nWo and Hogan, after Hogan had ordered him to chokeslam Piper. Hogan and the Giant clashed at Souled Out, January 25, 1997. It wasn't a very good contest, but Hogan held onto the title, thanks to the nWo, who attacked the Giant. Piper wanted a shot at the title and he got it at SuperBrawl VII, where Savage interfered and joined the nWo. Sting then began to show his face, and there were no doubt who he wanted in the ring, but he had to wait a few months. Hollywood then aligned himself with Dennis Rodman, who was instrumental in Hogan winning a special match at Uncensored. Lex Luger then lobbied for a shot against Hollywood, but first Luger teamed up with the Giant to defeat Hogan and Rodman at Bash at the Beach '97, July 13. Eventually Luger got his title shot at Road Wild, but he couldn't wait and challenged Hogan to at match on Nitro, August 4. Hogan lost the match and the title after WCW wrestlers had stopped the nWo from interfering. But at Road Wild Hogan clashed with Luger again, and here thanks to Scott Hall, who was disguised as Sting, whacked Luger with a baseball bat to get the pin and regain the WCW World Title. Hogan and the nWo continued to wreck havoc, and together with Eric Bischoff, Hogan took care of JJ Dillon. In Dillon's absence Roddy Piper was declared the commissioner of WCW and when Hogan and the nWo tried to destroy his bad hip, it resulted in a match between Hogan and Piper at Halloween Havoc, October 26. Again it was a non-title match, but this time it was fought inside the Thunderdome Cage, during the match Randy Savage made his way down to the ring and wanted to nail Piper, but accidentally got Hogan, Piper then put Hogan in the sleeper for the win. But Hogan got the last laugh, as he together with Savage and Bischoff handcuffed Piper to the ropes and gave him a beating. When Piper got the commissioner spot he had promised Sting a shot at Hogan's title before the end of they, Piper lived up to his promise when the match was signed for Starrcade, December 28, 1997. The match had all the hype and was quite good. In the end Hogan dropped his leg on Sting and the referee counted 1-2-3, rather quick, Bret Hart came to the ring and claimed the count was too fast and then decked the referee. The match continued Sting got Hogan in the Scorpion Deathlock, and it was more than Hogan could handle, who tapped out and lost the title. The following night at Nitro, Sting and Hogan clashed again, with almost the same ending. Then at Thunder, January 8th, JJ Dillon stripped Sting of the title, because of the controversial way he won it. A new match between Sting and Hogan was going to be at SuperBrawl to find out, who had the right to call himself WCW World Champion. In the meantime Hogan had his problems with Randy Savage, who wanted to become the leader of the nWo. And ultimately it was Savage, who cost Hogan the title at SuperBrawl, when he decked Hogan with a spray can Hogan and Randy Savage continued their infighting, especially when Hogan attacked Savage, who almost had beaten Sting. Hollywood also go the Disciple (Ed Leslie) as his personal bodyguard. This lead to their confrontation at Uncensored, inside a steel cage. During the match the Disciple made his way into the ring, this got Sting to descend from the rafters, and then they stood there for a minute or so, until Savage attacked Sting. Kevin Nash was also rolled into the infighting. During an interview at Thunder March 26, Hogan stated that Syxx (Sean Waltman) couldn't cut the mustard. Nash then entered the ring and asked why Syxx didn't have a job (he was fired by Bischoff due to problems with Hall and Nash), and why Hall wasn't on TV (rehab). Nash and Hogan made up though, but in the main event, where they faced Lex Luger and Sting, they showed that the problems isn't solved yet, when Hogan started attacking Macho Man, Nash then stopped him. At Nitro there were more problems, this time Nash came to the ring to help Hogan attack Piper, but he dodged an instead Nash got the full blow. The following week Hogan cost Nash the WCW World Title, when he attacked Sting and thereby got Nash disqualified Hogan went as far in his attacks on Savage, that a red and yellow Viper ran Savage down some weeks before Spring Stampede. Despite their differences Hogan teamed up with Kevin Nash to take on Roddy Piper and the Giant in a bat match at the event. Hogan and Nash did work well together during the match, until the end, Hogan wanted to hit Piper but instead hit Nash, but still they got the win. After the match Nash wanted to Jackknife the Giant, but again Hogan hit Nash with the bat. Later Nash helped Savage win the WCW World Title, this got Hogan and the Disciple to attack them, ousting them from the nWo. The next night at Nitro, Hogan challenged Randy Savage to a match, which was accepted. During the match the referee went down (looks like they have to go down in title matches), the Disciple and Hogan then double-teamed Savage, until Kevin Nash made his appearance felt as he Jackknifed Hogan and dumped Savage on top of Hogan. Bret Hart then raced down the aisle and knocked Nash silly with the title belt and placed Hogan on top of Savage. The referee then came to his senses and delivered the three count to crown Hogan the WCW World Champion for a fourth time. Hogan's fourth title regain wasn't exactly filled with defences, but the relationship with Bret Hart continued and together they defeated Randy Savage and Roddy Piper at Great American Bash '98, June 14. Hogan then hooked up with Dennis Rodman and together they brained Diamond Dallas Page with chairs. DDP then took Karl Malone as a partner and the two teams were set to square off. But there was one man that Hogan hadn't thought of, namely Goldberg. Who got a shot at Hogan's World Title on Nitro, July 6. Hogan thought that he had figured out Goldberg and then stated that he had to defeat a mystery opponent to get the shot at the title. Goldberg agreed to it, they mystery opponent was a returning Scott Hall, but he couldn't stop Goldberg's path of rage. Then it was time for Hogan and Goldberg to square off, the match pretty solid where both men had their moments, Hogan dominated with his belt and a chair, Hogan hit two Big Legdrops, but wasn't able to pin Goldberg, who kicked out, speared Hogan and hit the Jackhammer to end Hogan's regain. Without the gold around his waist Hogan then concentrated on destroying DDP and Malone at Bash at the Beach '98, July 12. The match was an embarrassment, I don't know what Rodman had smoked before the match but it wasn't anything good. Hogan and Rodman won the contest though. Hogan and DDP still had a settle to score, since Hogan attacked Page before a match against Bret Hart for the US Title, so Page became easy pickings for Bret. When talk show host Jay Leno made fun of Hogan, he showed up on the set and took over the studio together with Eric Bischoff (who was running a mockery of the Tonight Show on Nitro). But unfortunately DDP was also on the set that day and he chased Hogan off. So a match between the two opposing teams were then set to take place at Road Wild. Hogan and Bischoff fell to DDP and Leno, but Hogan were also the subject of new problems. The Ultimate Warrior showed up in WCW on Nitro, August 17, and immediately started talking about Hogan. And on Nitro, August 31, Hogan and Bret Hart teamed up to take on Sting and Lex Luger. During the match Hogan started whipping Sting with his weightlifting belt, but Bret stopped him and the two started arguing. The Ultimate Warrior played mind games with Hogan, by showing up and then disappearing. The problems with Bret Hart also continued to flourish as Hogan wanted to get rid of Hart on his War Games team, but couldn't due to contract. At Fall Brawl, which was one of worst matches in many years, Hogan were running rampant over his opponents with help from Stevie Ray and a blackjack, but then the Warrior showed up and started to beat Hollywood, who then wisely took off. At Nitro, September 21, the Warrior kidnapped the Disciple and turned him against Hogan. But also Hollywood had an ace up his sleeve the following week on Nitro he challenged Bret Hart and Sting to a match, which Bret, on his own and Sting's behalf, accepted. During the match Bret really outwrestled Hogan.

After WCW: Shane McMahon purchased WCW and Hulk Hogan was no longer with WCW durring the invation. Hulk Hogan was in the Xtreme Wrestling Federation XWF and wrestled there to wrestle other names in pro wrestling such as Curt Henning. In December, 2001 Hogan's dad was dieing and he told Hogan that he should straighten his career and return to the WWE.

Return to the WWE: Hogan returned with kevin Nash and Scott Hall to reform the nWo to invade the WWE to kill it thanx to Vince McMahon. Hogan and nWo returned at No Way Out 2002 and sprayed painted nWo on Austin's back. The next night on Monday Night Raw, The Rock challenged Hogan to Wrestle Mania to face him and Hogan accepted. Wrestle Mania X8, Hollywood Hogan lost the match to The Rock at Toronto Canada, but Hogan won his fans back. Hulkamania was reborn. Vince Mcmahon and ric Flair coudnt get along so th WWE had a draft and Hogan was drafted tp Smackdown. Hogan then returned to Red and Yellow again. Hogan faced HHH for the WWE Undisputed title at Backlash and beat HHH thanx to the Undertaker but one month later, Hogan would lose the title to Undertaker at Judgment Day.
