RESIDENT EVIL in ZOMBIE DAWN

This is the page where I am going to start posting stats for using Resident Evil characters in ZOMBIE DAWN (yes, that other GMR game). I'm going to go in order of the games, so I'm going to start with the one that started it all, Resident Evil.

HOUSE RULES FOR RESIDENT EVIL
POCKETS: Your survivor now has a number of pockets, which they can use to hold important things in (like extra weapons, ammo, "herbs", etc.). The number of pockets your survivor has is equal to their current DEX x 2. So, someone with a DEX of 4 would have 8 pockets. The number of pockets an item takes up is equal to the items Rate Of Fire (or # Attacks for close combat weapons), the number before the slash. If it's not a weapon, it uses 1 pocket.

OPENING / CLOSING DOORS: In order for a survivor to open or close a door, it costs 1" of their Distance. So, if Jill uses 2" to move to a door, she'll have to spend another 1" to open it, then another to move through it. If she has any left over, she may spend one more inch of DIS to close the door behind her.

MONSTERS AND DOORS: Unless otherwise noted specifically, monsters can't open or close doors...yet.

GREEN HERBS: Consuming a Green Herb instantly heals 1 Wound.
BLUE HERBS: Consuming a Blue Herb instantly removes any Poison.
RED HERB: Combining a Red Herb with a Green Herb doubles the effectiveness of the Green Herb.

FIRST-AID SPRAY: Applying First-Aid Spray instantly heals all Wounds, but it will not remove Poison.

Master Of Unlocking (10 points): Can try to unlock trunks, drawers, doors, etc. This is an unarmed attack, with a "to hit" value of 5, modified by what is being unlocked: trunk +0, desk drawer -1, door +3.

HUNTER

*LEAP: Hunters can leap up to 1/2 their DIS, and can continue moving with any remaining DIS left.

EVIL CROWES

*Because of their small size, anyone targeting an Evil Crow takes a +2 modifier to their To Hit Number.

GIANT SPIDER

Close Combat Reach: 2"
*Spiders can make one ranged attack per turn, a Toxic Blast. This is used like a normal ranged attack, and has a range of 6". If hit, the target suffers 1 Wound.

PLANT-42

Close Combat Reach: 6"
*If the survivors used the V-Jolt on Plant-42 prior to fighting it, then Plant-42 has a TOU of 2. Otherwise, it is 4.

TYRANT
(because of its unique nature, the Tyrant has stats just like a survivor. However, it is still treated as a Monster)

Abilities: Regenerate (aka First Aid Kit)
Weapon: Huge Claw (Close Combat, Reach=2", #Attacks=1/1)
*Because of its unique nature, the Tyrant can run! In this case, its DIS is taken x3 when it runs.

GIANT SNAKE
DIS-3" / DEX-4
TOU-4 / #Attacks: 1/1
Close Combat Reach: 5" *If a survivor is bitten by the snake, they are poisoned! The poison does 1 Wound of damage at the start of each turn, and can be absorbed. To remove the poison, the survivor can forfeit their Close Combat action for the turn, and drink the Serum. The Serum is an object, and takes up 1 pocket.

NEPTUNE SHARK
DIS-4"* / DEX-4*
TOU-3 / #Attacks: 1/1
Close Combat Reach: 1"
*If Neptune is out of water that is at least waist high, it has a DIS and DEX of "0".

CHIMERA
DIS-4 / DEX-5
TOU-1 / #Attacks: 1/1
Close Combat Reach: 1"
