Germany 2002

    I am in Germany from January 20 till July 1.  Most of my pictures are with a normal camera, but my host family owns a digital camera that I use sometimes.  The members of my host family are Yuki Kamizuru and Uschi (parents), Yukio and Yohji (brothers, 19 and 17). 

   I will be traveling to Paris, France from June 7-9.  On June 11 (my brother Gordon's birthday) I will fly to Venice, Italy to visit my Uncle Tom, who lives nearby.  On June 19th I return to Germany.  Then on July 1 I fly to Miami, Florida to play in the US Open.  I probably won't have a digital camera with me for any of those trips, but hopefully you all will get a chance to see my pictures on normal film.

   I'd like to thank my parents for supporting me on all these travels and for my Uncle Tom for hosting me for a week at his house.  And of course the Kamizurus for hosting me the other 5 1/2 months at their house.

This is a picture taken across the street from my house.  I live on Wilhelm Tell Straße 1.  The River Rhein is a short distance in front of me (1 km?)
