These are various items in Dragonball, DragonballZ and Dragonball GT.
Mystic Z Sword: Gohan uses this sword to train against Buu. It makes him stronger. When he cracks it, the Elder Kai comes out and trains Gohan.
Brute Wave:The Brute Wave is an item that Bulma makes for Vegeta. This item makes Vegeta become SSJ4.
HOPE Sword: This sword is Trunks' sword. He uses it many times against various foes. It gets broken by Android 18.
Scouter: This item is used by various people. This scouter analyzes the power level of someone.
Namekian Weighted Clothes: These weighted clothes are used by most of the Namekians. They weigh you down so when you train you can increase your power. These clothes are very heavy.
King Kai's Weights: These weights are used by Goku in heaven. King Kai trains him. Each weight weights 1 ton and Goku wears one on each arm and leg.

Namekian Moccasins: (Only for Namekians): You automatically go first. At the end of every batle, you get 500 extra agility pts.

Turtle Shell: This shell is used by Master Roshi to train. He makes Goku and Krillin wear one in Dragonball when they train.
Milk Crates: These crates were used by Krillin and Goku to train with Master Roshi. They carried bottles of milk in these crates around the island every day.
Potara Earrings These earrings were used for Potara Fusion. One person would put them on one ear and the other person would put it on their opposite ear, then the two would fuse permanetly.
Katchin Alloy: This metal is the strongest metal in the world. Surpreme Kai summons a cube of it to test the Z Sword. When the Z Sword hits this metal it cracks into pieces and out emerges Elder Kai.
